Such a beautiful modern looking dispensary, very clean and very knowledgeable staff. There was a product I’ve been looking a few months for and they had it. This is the first dispensary that I’ve been to that had a terp bar and I love that idea. I’ll definitely be back soon

The quality of the product here is hands down by far the best in this area. I've been to 3 other dispensaries, and will never go back again.This is now my home . They do also have some deals once in awhile at Breakwater.

First time visit today. This was a well laid out facility that was easy to find with friendly and knowledgeable staff. My friend behind the counter, (I’m sorry I don’t remember your name) was a pleasure to deal with and we had a very nice conversation about effects of the particular strain I purchased. I absolutely love this place! Only been here twice but it is now my only go-to in Irving. The guys are super nice and helpful. They are not pushy with trying to just get you to buy a bunch of stuff. Will definitely be back!

Sorry, unable to edit my prior review. I was not overcharged or deceived. The receipt was confusing, the itemized column added up to the correct final total not the subtotal. It is just an odd accounting thing probably to make sure NYS gets their piece of the action. Wonder how many customers have been confused by this. I figured it out before I went to inquire. So fortunately I didn't make an donkey out of my self. We're cool
