The staff here at Italian herb dispensary are always friendly and welcoming. I haven’t had to wait very long before being able to purchase my items. I do recommend you look at their menu online via their website and place an order prior to coming to the dispensary that way your visit is more efficient, and you can view their discounts and their menu of options. There is no way to view product prior to purchasing in person I believe due to certain state laws and legislature, but I actually enjoy being able to view the full menu online prior and knowing how much I’m going to be paying before I arrive. They do allow you to pick up through the drive-through window if you placed an online order prior to arrival. I’ve used both options via the drive-through and going inside and each one is efficient to and result in a happy customer.

This place is super awesome, very friendly and helpful. I actually had a issue with one of my vape pens I barely had for 24 hours just didn't work. They said bring back to store let us check it out. I thought man if they can't do anything I will be mad and lost out of $70. Guess what they were amazing seen it was not working and replaced it no issues what so ever. Amazing place best one by far to me. Stephanie

Pricing and availability of a variety of products and delivery systems are consistent and affordable. The specials, “clear the vault” offerings, and repeat customer discounts are more reasons to keep visiting. I'm a heavy user for chronic pain, but my liver can't handle my occasional scotch, so I enjoy some recreational use also. I love this little shop. Standard configuration shop with a personable security person at the door as expected and the usual set up with budteneders at the counter, sample cases with a lovely variety of goods to consider while you wait. I've tried 3 other local shops and this is my number one for the following: 1 - Locally owned. Minority owned. LGBTQ+ owned. Employing the same. 2- I know a lot. I always learn more from them. 3-Amazing variety of strains and products. Because I'm primarily a medical user, I have to trust the shop to always have something that will work for my needs. They have never let me down and have gone above and beyond more than once. 4-Always a reasonable price, quantity discounts, good suggestions, and they pay attention to what your needs are. As noted, I use it daily for pain when I must remain alert and coherent, but I also like to try a little 'Saturday Night' bud. They have never steered me wrong. I feel like these are 'my people' and have become my primary source. .

Have shopped here for a while now. Big selection so when something you want isn’t in stock, there usually a good alternative. Good collection of brands and farms. Good prices and a very nice staff!

I bought the infused hot cocoa and after trying to follow the instructions on the bag for at least 10min. I got frustrated and cut it open and when I tried to transfer it to another container I managed to spill a good amount I couldn't save. When I reached out to BR I heard back within 24hrs and received a phone call soon after. Kathy from marketing not only gave me my money back, but she also threw in some merch!! I am so impressed with the speedy customer service!! Thank you for a very positive experience!!

As a medical customer, I've been to many other dispensaries in a wide area, checking them out. Berkshire Roots is by far the best of all those I've been to. Great specials and benefits for people with a state Patient ID. Always a fast track line for medical people so you don't have to wait if it's busy. (Not sure what the other reviewers were doing, maybe they missed the Medical Aisle sign?) Will always be back again, won't bother with anywhere else. Always great selections at reasonable prices and often have good specials and discounts as well, and a good atmosphere. Always a very nice experience.
