She was so helpful and knowledgeable in helping us with our purchase and made everything so easy.. Berkshire Roots is hands down the best dispensary in town. Ive been going to this place the past couple of years—— always vibes —- always right—— never disappoints—- always coming in clutch with the concentrates —— best around I think—- everyone’s super friendly—- and I always feel very taken care of when, from the moment I walk in the door to the moment I walk out…. Everyone’s fire here and everyone knows there -ish. … if I’m 3 towns away… I make it a point to go here…

This is my go-to dispensary! They always get us in and out quickly when we pre-order online. They always offer great deals, and also have some really cheap clearance items that we scoop up from time to time. Good quality bud, great prices.

I just wanted to give Sam, Carly, Robin and Misty a huge shout out for holding down the dispensary yesterday. I am a brand rep for King City Gardens & often times set up in their lobby for a few hours, and every time I do, it is a wonderful experience! Wasnt a huge fan before but this Melrose is my new go-to. They've stepped up their game recently because the old, dry buds are gone and the flower is DEFINITELY better than it used to be. Fantastic selection, super friendly staff, and have been happy with everything Ive picked up recently.

Can’t wait to get back there and get Triple Scoop. Perpetual hits another home run. Taste has a nice spike to it. The exhale sends you to pandora. Eastern Cannabis is a must or go out of you way to go there. I travel from Beverly. Have no problem dealing with traffic to go there. I pass 5 other dispensaries that are way closer. That’s saying something.

Stopped in to visit the other day what an awesome line up!! Of both flower and edibles! I was pleasently surprised they do not carry any stale yuckie green queen edibles cause honestly they are nasty as all hell

The people are awesome, the product is great and well priced. My favorite part is there are musical instruments that they will let you play! Would highly recommend checking it out!

I have visited this shop a few times. Always willing to help. Selection gets better every time. The people are friendly and its always a good time visiting. Some dispensaries feel stuffy and overwhelming. The DePot Shop is comfortable to be in. Just friends here!

I live in Beverly and visited OWR today for the first time (found a specific Brand I was eager to try on Leafly). LOVED it! Order was processed quickly. Experience was smooth, efficient, staff was friendly. Will be back!
