I love happy grass edibles them full spectrum chocolate bars are amazing. I woke up feeling great. Most of the time when I eat Edibles I wake up with an edible hangover. But I didn't this time. And I was comfortably stoned last night off them edibles. It did not put me right to bed but when I was ready to go to sleep, I had no problem falling asleep. Thank you.. you guys are awesome

Best Dispensary I have ever been too!! Weed quality is off the charts, very fitting to the name living up to the gas expectation!! Staff are extremely knowledgeable and could answer every question I asked!! Store was very clean and sleek in design true 10/10 experience!

As a medical customer, I've been to many other dispensaries in a wide area, checking them out. Berkshire Roots is by far the best of all those I've been to. Great specials and benefits for people with a state Patient ID. Always a fast track line for medical people so you don't have to wait if it's busy. (Not sure what the other reviewers were doing, maybe they missed the Medical Aisle sign?) Will always be back again, won't bother with anywhere else. Always great selections at reasonable prices and often have good specials and discounts as well, and a good atmosphere. Always a very nice experience.

I bought the infused hot cocoa and after trying to follow the instructions on the bag for at least 10min. I got frustrated and cut it open and when I tried to transfer it to another container I managed to spill a good amount I couldn't save. When I reached out to BR I heard back within 24hrs and received a phone call soon after. Kathy from marketing not only gave me my money back, but she also threw in some merch!! I am so impressed with the speedy customer service!! Thank you for a very positive experience!!

Super nice folks with some super nice weed. Landrace weed is already hard enough to come by and SKMS puts so much effort into not only quality, but maintaining a great variety as well. When they're put of flower, they'll do discounts on prerolls so don't be afraid to ask! The African strains are fantastic for ADHD and the Tibetan strains will put you to SLEEP but my heart is in the Middle East with their Afghani and Pakistani strains. Not sure what the fuss with previous reviews are about. Guessing they’re inexperienced with this process? I called in since I’m from Staten Island visiting the area. Super helpful over the phone. Emailed my documents, Came in, filled out form, and done less than 15mins? Only took extra minutes because I ordered a decent amount due to first time %20 discount available. Everyone there is super nice, and the prices are amazing. Compared to any of the other stores I've tried, this place doesn't just feel like they're trying to sell you product. They take their time and ask questions, and are happy to answer the questions you might have. It's a super welcoming spot!

Had some issues with my initial delivery but they more than made up for it. They’ve been my go-to ever since; the flower is well cured and very potent and the carts are tasty. Delivery has always been right on time or earlier. I appreciate the texts for flash sales too.
