Whether I order online or go in with a pre-planned list or have no clue what I'm looking for when I walk in, I always end up getting exactly what I'm after and some really great conversation with the folks that work there. The employees are crazy friendly, knowledgeable, helpful. The products are excellent - I've never gotten anything that has disappointed and I've never strayed from their in-house products. The cider is AMAZing. I'm always excited for the fall so I can stock up. The variety of in-house products is incredible, quality top tier, the pricing is incomparable in the area - as NH medical card holder, I'm just glad I live so close to be able to shop here. Best dispensary, period.

Brooke was great assisting me with a small issue with a past order. They made it right on the spot. This here is the exact reason (besides prices) I have been coming here for years. As a medical customer, I've been to many other dispensaries in a wide area, checking them out. Berkshire Roots is by far the best of all those I've been to. Great specials and benefits for people with a state Patient ID. Always a fast track line for medical people so you don't have to wait if it's busy. (Not sure what the other reviewers were doing, maybe they missed the Medical Aisle sign?) Will always be back again, won't bother with anywhere else. Always great selections at reasonable prices and often have good specials and discounts as well, and a good atmosphere. Always a very nice experience.

I bought the infused hot cocoa and after trying to follow the instructions on the bag for at least 10min. I got frustrated and cut it open and when I tried to transfer it to another container I managed to spill a good amount I couldn't save. When I reached out to BR I heard back within 24hrs and received a phone call soon after. Kathy from marketing not only gave me my money back, but she also threw in some merch!! I am so impressed with the speedy customer service!! Thank you for a very positive experience!!

I ordered here because for one reason or another, all my other favorite spots were either closed for the day or out of what I wanted and WOW was that ever a happy accident! I'm a bit out of the way for these folks over here in Falmouth, but I called and they answered all my questions and said they could deliver to me, no worries! I decided to go all in on the White Label gummies because I have a high tolerance and I need to see what kind of mileage I can get from $25/500mg. I prefer pectin gummies to gelatin gummies for taste, but I'll eat either. These vegan gummies are the best gummies I've ever tasted by a mile and they slap like a salty step-parent. I absolutely recommend these to any patients looking for a solid high-dose edible option, these are a steal for the price and imo they're one of the best gummies around for flavor and texture. I also got a freebie nug of some Kush Mints that looks/smells like the stuff of dreams. I can literally smell it through the mylar, we're talkin' noise complaint loud! FWIW, I'm a disabled patient w/ accessibility needs this company was happy to accommodate. Thank you, I'm sure I'll be back!

Wow. I have been in a lot of dispensaries in my life & this, Peak location, ranks among the best. The cannabis flower is very, very nice, enhanced by the deli-style ordering because you can smell & see what you are getting. My bud-tender was helpful & patient with me as I chose my purchases. Beyond that, even though this is a recreational use facility, the kindness & compassion demonstrated by the staff really moved me.
