Had some issues with my initial delivery but they more than made up for it. They’ve been my go-to ever since; the flower is well cured and very potent and the carts are tasty. Delivery has always been right on time or earlier. I appreciate the texts for flash sales too.

I visited this RISE for the first time a few weeks ago. I ordered online so all I needed to do was pay and pick it up. It was pretty busy the day I went so I really did not do any exploring. Juriel helped me at the counter. He helped me navigate AeroPay. He gave me a little discount. He was professional and friendly…everything you would imagine your store representative should be. It was a wonderful experience and I will definitely be back. I thought that the products that I chose were great…I took the time to research the products based on their descriptions and reviews. Just a great experience all the way around.

I have been here countless times and every single time is a positive experience, strictly awesome. Flower is FIRE, I’ve tried many, many options from their menu. Staff is equally as awesome as the weed here. I smoke everyday and prefer indica, high THC, much much stronger strains (Florida Kush by botanist is top tier) ie: anxiety & insomnia & I like how indica makes me feel. I ask a lot of questions and, bless the staff, they take their time to answer ANYTHING with incredible and impeccable detail. & they remember the details! I thoroughly enjoy coming here. Everything is organized, clean, check-out tablets are super user friendly, and staff is a breath of fresh air. Highly recommend if you’re in North Jersey. I think it’s safe to say: if they had a customer of the month, it’d be me at least once LOL. BEST DISPO EVER!!!! You guys are awesome!!!! Absolutely my favorite place to go, pretty good location, amazing customer service and amazing products with super fun deals, always my first recommendation.

First thing I said to my wife when I got back into the car was “I want some of what they had”. Everyone was super happy and polite While wearing smiles. The flower was the best I’ve had in the three years I’ve been using cannabis regularly. I tried the wedding pie first. The stench was beautiful and my brain instantly knew it was going to be a good day. To begin the day I only took a pinch to my glass pipe and I was instantly feeling its love. I walked around the yard looking at the buds on our trees and thought about out how beautiful everything is right now in spring. Then it hit me….. I did get some of what they had!!!!

This team of budtenders are some of the best in the Mohawk valley, maybe even in the industry. Everyone was genuinely knowledgeable about companies and products they had in store. Andrea was a plethora of information on New York brands and their practices. Carly also being an open book of info; elaborated that she studied cultivation at a SUNY school. She made me comfortable while shopping but also made me feel confident with my selection due to her knowledge and experience. They informed, and signed me up for a killer loyalty program too before I left. Also, the shop is woman owned! I can’t recommend this shop anymore!
