I am in the parking lot of the Commonwealth alternative the dispensary I was met by Kyle cuz Nico was not here I love them both the security guard Jamal he's very friendly he come out and helped me and especially Julie she came and gave me some toilet paper because I needed some and they were in a box I was sort of embarrassed but all I'm trying to tell everybody is this place is amazing and what makes it amazing is the staff that works here I feel that they really do care it's not just a job for them for them to be able to deal with me and I'm all over the place I recommend this place highly to anybody great staff

I've been experiencing product not weighing what it's said to be. A 3.5 1/8 and 1/4 have been lacking product and after complaining i was given a discount on my last purchase but it was even less then the last one , Paid 45 dollars and only got a gram and a half after rolling small cones . -3!!! i'm so disappointed as this store was my favorite store , The staff are wonderful and friendly but not receiving what i thought i was getting has me me questioning the chain of command of receiving product from the companies that are sold in the store. I have mentioned this problem numerous times and the only answer i ever get is that its not the Stores problem ,its the import from the distribution centers.. Is this a fair way to conduct business ?? The consumer is almost a Buyer beware , if we get less then we paid for its our problem not the store i buy from .. I don't understAnd why no one checks inventory that's been complained about on numerous times , instead the store makes the money and the custermer is left to just " Deal with it" I'm extremely bummed out about this but it appears no one cares

The Vault is an absolute gem. Speaking as an OCG (Old Cannabis Guy), I waited over 50 years for these days of legal dispensaries and the quality of the Vault has made it worth the wait. They do it right with outstanding customer service, extremely knowledgeable staff, a consistently great variety and selection as well as extremely competitive prices. But, it is more than that which makes the Vault so special, it is the chill welcoming environment, a truly welcoming experience for people 21 to . . . well, I have encountered octogenarians there! I HIGHLY recommend the Vault!

I’m pretty knowledgeable about concentrates as that’s mainly what I consume, The superflux brand is putting out some of the best concentrates I have found. The consistency is always there. Best place, I work in the industry in the past directly with plants and now strictly in fertigation\irrigation. The sights I've seen at multi state corporate cannabis is concerning. I admire Mark's drive to help heal. My saying is that even people who just use cannabis to "get high" are still getting the medicinal benefits. The quality is always great regardless of the tiers. And the ability for all to find a price point that can help them. The staff are amazing, keeping true to what "customer service" used to be. They're all passionate about what they do and take pride in helping others. So grateful they're around and able to visit from another state. LOVE this place!! Today was the anniversary of their opening. We go almost every Friday, but we're very happy the anniversary party landed today. The BVC boothe was amazing. One of their amazing staff designed stickers for different strains. Other amazing staff set up a make your own tie-dye shirt area, with BVC T's of course. The best part is the staff cares about you!!..Us, everyone...they want to help you out whether you are looking for a relaxing smoke or you need it for medical use. Blackstone literally changed my life for the better when I found them, I hope you all find them too! Thanks to the fantastic humans that are involved from start to finish at Blackstone Valley.
