I was in beyond hello 7-18-25 and the CSR at the window Caeden was his name and he found me exactly what I was looking for. He was very helpful and friendly and very knowledgeable of the product Beyond Hello had. The woman at register 5 that day took very good care of me treated me very nice was very helpful and friendly.

Dispensary is very busy, speed it up with medical card. Has drive thru for preorders. Selection at GW is incredible. Good place to buy hard to find cannabis and related tech.

I visit Cumberland Apothecarium often, every couple weeks or so. Everyone is great but Randy, a supervisor there, has helped me recently and he is awesome, super friendly and always puts a smile on my face! The customer service here is always great, the staff is knowledgeable and happy to help. Large product variety, online ordering is easy and wait time is minimal. Oh, and aesthetics and cleanliness are always on point...it's like visiting your favorite coffee shop :)

I absolutely love this dispensary! They have ample parking & have started curbside service. The inside is quite large & very clean. The staff are all incredibly friendly & knowledgeable, offering great recommendations. They have one of the best rewards systems and saving money is super easy.
