I needed a recommendation for something smooth, since I had a bad cough. They gave me some very kind bud which I am consuming cough-free. Really improved my Xmas weekend and my quality of life generally. Cheers!

This was my first time in the store today. Emma was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the different products. She asked great questions to help me get the product that would best help with my back pain. I'll def be back.

I have been to several dispensaries throughout the state, HigherCollective in Dayville Connecticut is got to be the best. Because of the people that all make it run. I think they got every other dispensary beat when it comes to quality , price and just pure friendliness we love our higher collective ,, It’s a great place.

Cool dispensary. They recently switched-up their rewards program, not the biggest fan; however, the staff and selection at the Newington spot are on point. Really awesome and genuine folks/budtenders there, which only makes the experience better.

JOHN!! This is for you! I’m a mental health worker in the hospital settings in Boston- this is definitely a need after a long day. On a snow storm that is supposed to come, my weediclesss (as I call it) was not available after I placed my order for delivery. Sir John was AMAZING and so caring to inform me of this and ask if there was anything else I needed. He really listened to what I needed and the current state I was in- just to decompress and get my client’s stories out of my brain so I can decompress and recenter as well. He made me feel seen and heard and feel valued. He tried adding an extra goodie for my birthday that just passed, I chose to give to a homeless person and he said he would give on my behalf.. no one has followed suit and done something like that on my behalf. Someone that may not have an ID or money but may need a break, let them use my weedicles… that’s all I want and John helped me gift it back to someone in need. Thank you John D. Thank you for giving me your last initial to ensure that the highest person at your company hopefully sees this and recognizes their unique/amazing employee. To the owner- he is a keeper. I just popped in on a lazy Sunday and bought some Milk, @cookies, and Jet fuel. Great store, nice staff, and killer weed, what else is there to say?

I especially decided to shop here because it happened to be less than a mile away where I was for a function. And...I had checked out their menu online! This was the only place in the area where I could get brands I have been looking for. I was completely pleased with whole experience at Upstate Canna. Plenty of parking in front of the store. Pleasant check-in. Layout utilizes space efficiently so you can view products. Tremendous selection of flower and prices to fit every budget. many other products to choose from as well. I was very pleased with the prices on what I bought. Jeremy, my budtender was pleasant (as was Joe, lol) and knowledgeable about what I purchased. Overall, this was a great first-time experience. As a veteran of visiting six state's worth of dispensaries, I have had many good, some mediocre, and flat-out poor experiences (just a few). I will definitely visit again if I am in the Albany/Schenectady area.

Budtenders are fully knowledgeable.....describe products clearly.....friendly low pressure atmosphere....its a joy to visit the store to shop....the experience is consistently great every time I go to High Peaks Canna

Rolling Releaf is one of the nicest dispensaries I’ve had the pleasure of purchasing from. The menu offerings are quality. There is no additional up-charge for a delivery! They are always running specials. The best part of purchasing from this dispensary is the staff/Bud-tenders that work there. They are extremely nice and so helpful. I recommend Rolling Releaf to my friends and family. I would give them a try.

SOTM is the very finest retail store that I've ever been to, and not just Cannabis dispensaries, but all types of retail stores!!! The staff is amazing! Three people that have helped me in my purchase decisions and that treat customers like friends are: Will, Emerald and the owner, Ronnie. Will is very friendly and knowledgeable! Ronnie is a model business owner who works the sales floor often and he knows how to please his customers with his vast Cannabis knowledge, his amazing product variety, his great pricing, his enjoyable, upbeat personality, and his customers come first priority!!! I've had the pleasure of being helped at SOTM by a long time, wonderful floor person, Emerald! She is an inspiration to everyone with her truly beautiful customer interactions. She treats every customer she helps as if they are the most important person with her great communications and uniquely beautiful personality!!! I would drive for over an hour to get to SOTM, because it's truly that uniquely awesome in every way possible!!! I'm lucky to only live 10 minutes away from this jewel of a store!!!
