I have been there 8 times Eric welcomed me like no other place ever has & I mean everywhere he's the BEST. HE TOOK THE TIME TO EXPLAIN EVERYTHING ABOUT THE PRODUCTS, ACC, DEALS, SIGNING UP FOR MORE DEALS. Their flower is my new favorite, 10 out of 10! You gotta try their OMG Sherb. The staff is super helpful, and very knowledgeable on their strains. Give this dispensary a visit you won’t be disappointed!

She was so helpful and knowledgeable in helping us with our purchase and made everything so easy.. Berkshire Roots is hands down the best dispensary in town. So happy I found this place! Pricing is great for what we buy and I was happy to see a nice selection of concentrates. My delivery came early which was awesome and they absolutely delivered some smiles. Will be buying again!

Lovely friendly staff members, great deals and discounts, phenomenal products — the only store I’ve found in the Greater Boston area that reliably sells several kinds of my favorite brand of drinks. Made a special trip out here and will absolutely be back!

Very clean and well run dispensary. Inventory is updated regularly on their website. Spacious parking lot. They couldnt have picked a better location. A walk away from Dorchester Brewing and the shopping plaza.

This was my first time to MedMen and I have to say I'm really impressed. I had an ordering snafu before closing and thought I wouldn't make it in time, but Colton got me in and got my order sorted out before they closed! He definitely went above and beyond with his service and for that I'll be sure to come back here next time I'm goin to the dispensary. Cheers!

I typically shop at the Central Sq. and Fresh pond locations and the quality is always SUPERB! Every time I visit this dispensary, the budtenders are always super helpful and never fail to impress me; they definitely prioritize saving me money while serving me with kindness. 10/10 recommend! (Get the Rev access card, it’s super worth it!)

I was visiting from another state and they were so accommodating. The cashier even told me about their deals for the day and helped with choosing items.

Friendly staff willing to talk with you about the best products for what you want, although in store pick up option is nice if you already know what you want. Decent prices and deals if you check often enough.

Ive been going to this place the past couple of years—— always vibes —- always right—— never disappoints—- always coming in clutch with the concentrates —— best around I think—- everyone’s super friendly—- and I always feel very taken care of when, from the moment I walk in the door to the moment I walk out…. Sira Naturals is by far the Best dispenery in the Boston area. They always have sales, some up to 60% off. No other place does this & they have daily deals that make it possible for this disabled patient can afford on a budget that's below the poverty level. THANK YOU SIRA NATURALS

Every time I go this REV-FRESH POND, the environment & atmosphere is very welcoming. The staff is also very good at making sure you ordered what you like & will even give you suggestions if they know of something better or a sale etc. that you may like. They'll take as much time as you need, (respectfully). THEY LISTEN TO THE CUSTO.ERS!! New product has come around. Whether it's REV or Guest Cultivar, THEY ORDERED!!!
