I love this dispensary! The staff are always very friendly and smiling. One of the best things about POW (both locations) is their daily sales (Flower for $15 and up) and their drive-thru. So convenient, I just place my order online and then go to the drive-thru and pick it up. I've rarely waited more than 5 minutes or so for the attendant to come to my car. Oh, I need to mention that the online menu is super easy to use! Pure Ohio Wellness has a low priced house band named "Locally Grown". In my opinion, those strains are just as good as any name brand. I always get so excited when new strains come along!

I have been a customer of verilife since they opened in Amherst. I really like all of the staff as they are all fantastic customer service reps. They are knowledgeable about the products and how I can get the best medicine for me. As well as pointing out the deals available. The availability of affordable products is becoming extremely limited with variety and cost when it comes to the concentrates though. I am hoping that soon verilife will bring them back because it's getting difficult to drive 8 1/2 miles for extremely expensive concentrates. Another big issue I have with the company itself is the lack of compassion and support for their employees. The employees are the ones who make the company because without them the company would crumble before their eyes. Employees deserve to be treated fairly, with compassion and empathy. Employees deserve to benefit when the company benefits. They deserve a comfortable and relaxing workplace environment. The employees need and deserve standing mats that prevents foot and back pain from standing on concrete for long periods of time. The employees also deserve chairs that provide comfort and maneuverablility in order for them to do well in their job. It has been scientifically proven that the better the company treats its employees the more productive and dedicated to the company they are. So Verilife please get it together and value your employees. Treat your employees with empathy, compassion and kindness. When you treat your employees this way you will keep your employees long term and prevent the revolving door. If these changes are not made to benefit your employees I strongly encourage EMPLOYEES OF VERILIFE START A UNION!! SEIU CAN ALWAYS USE ANOTHER CHAPTER IN CHEEKTOWAGA NY!! Always such a vast variety of amazing deals & discounts consistently switching it up with different brands and strains unlike most other dispensaries I’ve seen. When someone refers you, or vice versa, they will add an additional 20% off each individual item in your online order, even any discounted ones! Love the friendly & helpful staff and they they’re open later! By the way, to the Debbie downer who wrote the last review, don’t hate on the middleman. They have no control over any of the defective or perhaps bad quality of the items in which they receive. Take your negativity & complaints to the cultivators (companies) who distribute the products, not the dispensaries.

I am an older gentleman, retired now. I was curious to see a dispensary as I had never been in one. I had been to a couple of shops giving a ride to a friend but never went inside. I looked up Debbie's Dispensary on Google & since we had beautiful weather here one day, I decided to take a Road Trip to check it out. I was greeted by a nice young lady & a friendly fellow. Went in the back with him, very secure. I knew what I wanted [some edibles]. I had looked up their inventory from their helpful website. Very polite folks there, courteous & professional. The prices were lower than what I thought they would be. Another gentleman helped me out to my van which I greatly appreciated. All in all, a GREAT experience. Next time I go I think I'll bring them some cookies as a 'Thank You'.

I love my visits but I just wish they updated the list on leafly so I can look at list and decide what I wanna buy when I get there . I get sometimes u might run out of strains but 3 months ago is a very old list .please update list on leafly.love the store though in-person great ppl.
