the one young lady i worked with was very kind, however the other guy who worked in store was rude.

Everyone was super friendly and the vibe was really chill. Staff is knowledgeable and incredibly welcoming.

I simply feel like the staff treat me like family.but the prices are well

Kaylee was a wonderful bud tender. She helped find the perfect strain for my husband. I would recommend to ask her if you’re looking for something specific. She is on top of it. Truly had an amazing experience there.

Favorite place to go. The dab bar is fabulous, product is always on point, and the service is always pleasant. Gives every store a great atmosphere.

The people working at the store are always nice and helpful to any questions I may have. Sometimes look forward to visiting the store more than I wanna get home to try their products. Great store with great service.

I have been fortunate enough to experience a hand full of different dispensaries in different states and i can say this is by far the best in Illinois! Great staff! Awesome product selection! Great prices! And patient employees with manners which is there most precious resource. They always offer great deals and you can tell they are run by good hearted people. last but not least they have a great set up here, i mean great!!! Everyone is always so friendly at this location and the lines are not long at all. The drive through is nice though I've never used it. Probably has the most variety of product for lowest price out of all the local surrounding RISE locations.

Ana was so very kind and helpful, and assisted me with getting the most out of my rewards, rather than wasting a single dollar of it! I love Rize the employee are great helpful and knowledgeable about products. Service is fast easy to shop online. And for seniors you get 10% back I was so excited the first two times I went I forgot to tip I was so excited to receive money back. Keep up great work!

I will say: I kick myself every time I get home from RIZE and realize how much they just charged me, but they can't necessarily help that. I suppose they could, probably lose money then though. It's the nature of the market right now. They've got us by the balls so to speak. Anyway. from a lifelong head, RIZE UP has product that is pretty damn good, and there are some deals to be had. They've also got an interesting selection of locally grown (if I'm not mistaken), really, really pretty good and proper flower from time to time. I mean The Real Deal. Every once in a while you'll catch a sack you've just got to buy. It's usually three bills though, smh :) I'd declare RIZE UP to have been a welcome and much needed part of this community in a trying time. Imagine all the hand-to-hand, house-to-house — bong-passed-to-the-left while you're there — deals we'd all be going through during a pandemic. Without a storefront like this one, who knows? 4.6/5

Best dispensary in Michigan by far high quality product and superior service

Amazing staff , good atmosphere. Wait time isn’t that long compared to most dispensaries. The staff is very knowledgeable about the products and terpenes that assist in relief you’re looking for. They also offer 1st, 2nd & 3rd time discounts not to mention a referral discount for any first time patient you bring in that’s never been to any trulieve or harvest (you both get 50% off at the time of purchase) 10/10 would recommend this location
