Love this place! All the employees are so friendly and helpful. Picking out what you want on the Kiosk can be intimidating but they take the scary out of it. All you have to do is ask and they're right there to help you. Love the large choice of product and the quality.
Recently moved to NC from CO. And Kefi Kanna has everything I need from strong Edibles, awesome Flower selection, Carts , disposable vapes. And wait the best part is they have a smoke lounge and dab bar awesome atmosphere with great vibes. Day pass was only $5. They had electric dab rigs to use and rolling trays stocked with papers, blunt wraps, tips, grinders everything you need to enjoy a nice smoke session.
All staff are extremely great/helpful, the cannabist company definitely has aspects that could be criticized, but they do run food drives and support veterans. There has been a small revamp, but the quality and selection of products, as always, is very nice.
First off, the design of the place is great. It’s chill, nicely decorated and has displays of lots of product. Even the displays are cool. Staff is super friendly and is willing to answer any questions without being annoyed. There’s two specific people who are my favorite. The bud quality is great. I mainly smoke pre-rolls and vapes, but when I did order flower it was fresh and not cheap (shake, twigs etc). Smells amazing, packaged easily. They have deals too if you want to explore.

First dispensary that needs a higher than 5 star rating for atmosphere and staff. Best dispensary near the beaches with staff that actually take care of you while educating you!
Impressed with the variety of products available. The staff was knowledgeable and helpful in answering my questions. The store was clean and well-organized, making it easy to find what I was looking for. I've been to Rise numerous times and I am very impressed. The people working at Rise are extremely knowledgeable and for a "novice" like myself it is appreciated. Today I was helped by a gentleman named Samm. He was SO KNOWLEDGEABLE and directed me to the products that will help my sleeping condition. He gave me information regarding tolerance breaks (which I never heard of) as well as trying the products sublingually. I never even thought about doing this. Without his help I would have purchased the same product instead of expanding my horizons. Samm was extremely pleasant and courteous. I am definitely going back to RISE and I hope Samm is working when I am there. Rise is lucky to have an employee like Samm!
