During my second-ever visit last week, I thought I'd lost a keepsake -- my dead dog's ashes in a spent .38 casing -- when I pulled cash out my pocket. Went back and the manager spent 10 minutes reviewing tape before saying it wasn't lost there (later found it beneath the car seat). I thought that was extraordinarily considerate of the guy, and he made a customer for life. Nothing to dislike about the products, place or people. Can't say the same about Beyond/Hello, sorry I ever stepped foot in such a sterile place, with all the charm of a WalMart and employees only slightly more engaging. Ascend is superior in every respect.

Knowledgeable and friendly people. They helped me find a tincture for the pain after wisdom tooth removal. It’s good having them nearby, and conveniently they’re between a pizza shop and liquor store.

I visit Cumberland Apothecarium often, every couple weeks or so. Everyone is great but Randy, a supervisor there, has helped me recently and he is awesome, super friendly and always puts a smile on my face! this was a fantastic stop, especially for my first time using a medical marijuana dispensary. I am a disabled veteran and they gave me such care even though the system for the state was running slow. I appreciated the pharmacist appointment to help me explore what was readily available and the bud tender knew exactly what he was doing. I would highly suggest. This is my store period! Every since I first walked in the door 3 months ago I have had nothing but great experiences with the staff and the selection, the deals, loyalty program and the atmosphere. The staff really are top notch, friendly knowledgeable, I don't/ won't shop anywhere else, I am a proper cannabis customer for life.

So this was my first visit and it’s been on my short list for a long time…. When walking in I was greeted my a nice man and an extremely hot entry way. Once entering the store front it was cool and ac was definitely working. I was greeted by Cass, let me tell you Cass Knows Her Stuff!!! I Was Very Much Impressed With Her Knowledge & Understanding Of What And Why I Needed What I Came For. I’m Just Finishing Up With My Last Bag From My Zip, & Last Cart. That Flex Fuel Was My Favorite Purchase Overall For My First Visit & This Was Well Worth The Wait & Highly Suggest This Company (& Cass).

Dispensary is very busy, speed it up with medical card. Has drive thru for preorders. Selection at GW is incredible. Good place to buy hard to find cannabis and related tech.

I’m a long time smoker, but this is the first time I’ve used a dispensary. I mentioned that to the girl up front because I wasn’t sure how it worked and was a little uneasy/embarrassed. She made me feel super comfortable instantly. Once she had me checked in, there was someone ready and waiting to help me find the perfect med for me. I told him the strains I was looking for and a bit about my tolerance and I left with everything I was looking for. Beautiful store, and even more beautiful people.
