I’ve been coming to this Rise since legalization and wow what a change. The newly remodeled building is amazing. The staff is always super friendly and helpful. Greg is the man! He knows everything. Always fun laughing with the people behind the counter too. Some funny ass mfers. Always a good experience here and their selection has drastically improved.

I really enjoyed the experience of what Consume has offered me! Will be back again soon!

I came in this evening and Patty and Cindy working they both were helping me out very nice and helpful. Patty rang me up and let me know I had a $5 off that was aussum she saved me 5 bucks. It doesn't seem like alot but it helps. Very clean atmosphere has a great green couch love it!! Thanx again Patty and Cindy!!

I've been meaning to write a review for a while but just am getting to it. I give this store 5 stars simply because of the customer service alone. Simple check in process, where everyone I've talked to has greeted me with kindness and information on what to do next. When walking into the store, employees are always helpful and ready to assist. I will say specifically, I am always impressed about one individuals customer service. I'm not sure if she is Curaleaf Newark manager or assistant manager but I believe her name is Maddie. And if this is not correct spelling then I do apologize but she's the woman with black bangs and star wars tattoos. She absolutely excels at speaking to people with respect and walks every customer through the buying process and/or the next steps on how to pay on the card reader. What's good about an employee like her is that other employees see the standard that she sets and very easily creates a culture with in store that brings customers back. If possible, I'd suggest giving her a raise on top of all the good work she is already doing for the company. At the end of the day I never went out and picked a specific location to buy my THC products until now. Newark location has absolutely won my business and I'll be back many more times. - T.R. of the 7 or so dispensaries I've visited in CO and IL this is one of the ones I've liked better. Good variety of products, friendly and polite but not overbearing staff, not too terribly loud or bright or confusing for those of us with medical conditions that could be disorienting or distressing for those of us with certain medical conditions, actually clearly and easily wheelchair accessible, definitely will be coming back.

I changed over after having a bad experience at another closer dispensary and I have been happy with my change. they have a good menu for indica which is what I prefer and the staff is helpful if you arent sure what you want. I've noticed some of their online deals don't always come up when you check out- but it is still worth what you're getting and better choices than other places. all in all I'm happy with the change and everyone there is nice

Been coming since August 7th ‘24! Everyone there is friendly and helpful, they have a decent amount of stock and decent prices compared to some other dispensary’s in Ohio!
