What I originally noticed upon being greeted by the Receptionist at Cloud was the warm and welcoming attitude she had. She was so kind! Everyone actually was! Then as I made my way back to the “BiG” room oh my goodness! I was greeted right away by at least 3 smiles however it was easy to tell exactly who my Budtender was! I gave him a run for his money too lol, I know what I want and he delivered no hesitation. He also offered a few suggestions on some sales and I obliged! Good job Cloud Cannabis Sincerely Kp

Alexander aka the nug master is THE BEST BUD TENDER IN MICHIGAN! Ive asked for their deli flower terp percentages for MONTHS and everyone gave me the run around with either "they dont give us that kind of information" or "we dont have access to those numbers" I asked the nug master ONE TIME and BOOM the very next visit they were listed. Genuinely the most knowledgeable cat in the house and with his hilariously descriptive product descriptions instantly made him our all time favorite. Sincerely thank you for listening and never settling, elevating the experience time and time again.

Would like to say how clean and attractive the Big Rapids store was, a big variety of house plants in the foyer was very appealing! The show room was tastefully done and showcased a very nice variety/selection of products. I may not be an expert but I know friendly, helpful and knowledgeable when I encounter it! Those qualitites were in corporated in Mike, our salesman and his co-salesperson, Kelly, to a "T". These folks are great. I just made my third 840-mile round-trip to shop exactly here, in this very shop, in this "tiny place out somewhere." It's worth it to me. And I've found a few other spots in and around town that I like to hit for food and entertainment. They were my first non-street buy, as I live in a place where everything still is outlawed, and I needed medical. Michigan had recently gone rec. I spent months exploring options and laws in surrounding states. Lots of cold-calling on the phone after that. These folks were different from the moment they answered the phone. There's a "main store," across the state, in Niles. Haven't been there, so I can't say how they compare. I chose the Chesaning shop. They aren't in a surrounding state. Hell, they're almost in another country, but I'll keep coming back.

Came to Michigan for a girls trip. We stopped by a few dispensaries but this dispensary was, hands down, our absolute favorite. Very helpful, knowledgeable staff. The budtender was very passionate about the products and the manager even came out to assist us. 10/10 I'd go back, even if it was a little out of the way. Keep it up guys!
