I love this place. I have been going here for all my needs for over a year. Since I got my med card anyway. I'm a veteran their 30% discount makes it to where I can buy flower I normally couldn't afford. I'm truly grateful for this place! I just wish they would honor my loyalty points. I had almost 70. Then they just went away. Besides that, a locally owned business for local people. They work hard to keep the best medicine in stock. I got a Galenas 14.15g bag a few days ago. going back tomorrow for a half of Moroccan Peaches!

the one young lady i worked with was very kind, however the other guy who worked in store was rude.

Everyone was super friendly and the vibe was really chill. Staff is knowledgeable and incredibly welcoming.

I’ve never had a bad experience here. Some tenders are better than others but they are always friendly and take time to listen. Highly recommend.

Rise is my favorite dispencery to go too. The deals are amazing half the time the people are very friendly you walk out feeling like you're part of one big family lol I have to give a huge shout out to (LU) She's very friendly! Her customer service skills are great! She made a comment that had me smiling the rest of the day. She interacts with people very well in my opinion! Thank you for helping me in every way possible when I visited rise! I will definitely recommend rise to anyone!

I have been fortunate enough to experience a hand full of different dispensaries in different states and i can say this is by far the best in Illinois! Great staff! Awesome product selection! Great prices! And patient employees with manners which is there most precious resource. They always offer great deals and you can tell they are run by good hearted people. last but not least they have a great set up here, i mean great!!! Twice before while purchasing I had Zack for filling my order. What a knowledgable, kind, professional young man. He reviewed products specific to my questions and symptoms. He even provided multiple web sites and explained full spectrum and products to research with different terpines. I changed dispensaries and now will only go to PGH west, north Fayette. I love Rize the employee are great helpful and knowledgeable about products. Service is fast easy to shop online. And for seniors you get 10% back I was so excited the first two times I went I forgot to tip I was so excited to receive money back. Keep up great work!

I will say: I kick myself every time I get home from RIZE and realize how much they just charged me, but they can't necessarily help that. I suppose they could, probably lose money then though. It's the nature of the market right now. They've got us by the balls so to speak. Anyway. from a lifelong head, RIZE UP has product that is pretty damn good, and there are some deals to be had. They've also got an interesting selection of locally grown (if I'm not mistaken), really, really pretty good and proper flower from time to time. I mean The Real Deal. Every once in a while you'll catch a sack you've just got to buy. It's usually three bills though, smh :) I'd declare RIZE UP to have been a welcome and much needed part of this community in a trying time. Imagine all the hand-to-hand, house-to-house — bong-passed-to-the-left while you're there — deals we'd all be going through during a pandemic. Without a storefront like this one, who knows? 4.6/5

I love coming to The Lab! I drive an hour to get there but it’s so worth the drive! Great prices, helpful and friendly staff; overall great place!! I try not to shop anywhere else!! If you’re ever in the area, you should stop by and give them a try!!
