Having been to quite a few dispensaries in Ohio this place was the best experience. Super helpful and friendly staff. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes.

Wow! The building is so nice, amazing setup inside, the staff is knowledgeable and easy to talk to, all in all this was one of the best dispensary experiences I've ever had! Will be returning for my next Phix ASAP! Also, these prices you see are OUT THE DOOR!!!! TAXES ALREADY IN!!! I knew EXACTLY what to bring! LOVE MY PHIX!!!!

Super friendly staff. They are GREAT at educating you about what you are buying and what you think you need. You can order online and pick up - or go in and talk it thru. Would definitely go back!

The employees always seem happy to help no matter how busy the store is or inexperienced the customers are. They have some of the best prices in the state and have some house brands constantly on sale! If you’re in the area check them out.

Would like to say how clean and attractive the Big Rapids store was, a big variety of house plants in the foyer was very appealing! The show room was tastefully done and showcased a very nice variety/selection of products. I may not be an expert but I know friendly, helpful and knowledgeable when I encounter it! Those qualitites were in corporated in Mike, our salesman and his co-salesperson, Kelly, to a "T". Due to their excellent service, and quality of product, I will be back and don't be surprised if I bring a friend! Please do NOT publish my name and email address! THANK YOU!

Came to Michigan for a girls trip. We stopped by a few dispensaries but this dispensary was, hands down, our absolute favorite. Very helpful, knowledgeable staff. The budtender was very passionate about the products and the manager even came out to assist us. 10/10 I'd go back, even if it was a little out of the way. Keep it up guys!

I came in not really knowing what I was looking for. They helped me figure out what works best for me. They are very knowledgeable and helpful along was kind.

They care about what you need. They are knowledgeable and always have a pharmacist on hand that can help you with extra details like terps and if it interferes with prescription meds.

any comments from people who are wanting to get in & out quickly seem to be associated with the medical patients who smoke their medication. every news story we see about how cannabis doesn't do anything for health is based on the common idea that smoking cannabis is the best way to consume it for medicinal purposes. the non-program doctors are hanging us all with this nonsense. because the most common use is smoking & we live in a democracy, doctors can safely say that using cannabis will do nothing for human health. in reality, they should be required to add one word. smoking cannabis has no medical benefits or harms. all the compounds in cannabis have a very low burning temperature & freebasing is the best way to destroy all the beneficial components of any plant. harvest of columbus is a family run business & that is the difference among all the other money changers & big pharm liars trying to transition safely, if it ever happens, to a cannabis based medical system. the people at harvest are the most real out of all the liars, cheaters & thieves that only give the accurate information facilitating a sale that benefits the individual bud tender. the bud tenders are medical professionals & pharmacy qualified. i expect more, ethically, from bud tenders as they are pharmacy representatives. the name dispensary should be reserved for only the recreational market. if a state has both recreational & medical the term for a pharmacy should be a pharmacy for medical cannabis. it's only right considering the state of ohio board of pharmacy is on the cards we print out. good job by harvest of columbus for being honest, ethical & knowledgeable. their understanding of terpenes is specifically impressive to me.

I've been meaning to write a review for a while but just am getting to it. I give this store 5 stars simply because of the customer service alone. Simple check in process, where everyone I've talked to has greeted me with kindness and information on what to do next. When walking into the store, employees are always helpful and ready to assist. I will say specifically, I am always impressed about one individuals customer service. I'm not sure if she is Curaleaf Newark manager or assistant manager but I believe her name is Maddie. And if this is not correct spelling then I do apologize but she's the woman with black bangs and star wars tattoos. She absolutely excels at speaking to people with respect and walks every customer through the buying process and/or the next steps on how to pay on the card reader. What's good about an employee like her is that other employees see the standard that she sets and very easily creates a culture with in store that brings customers back. If possible, I'd suggest giving her a raise on top of all the good work she is already doing for the company. At the end of the day I never went out and picked a specific location to buy my THC products until now. Newark location has absolutely won my business and I'll be back many more times. - T.R. This is my go to dispensary outta the two here in Erie, people are awesome and friendly and also very knowledgeable, they can help you recommend a strain or vape cart for your specific needs the atmosphere is great, I've never had an issue with anyone here at this dispensary I'd recommend this dispensary to everyone they do a great job....thanks and see yah soon!
