I am always treated wonderfully. The budtenders are always so helpful and if they don't know they ask for help. My favorite place. I drive 30min and there are 4 within 10 minutes.

I love this place!! I always get the Michigan cherry pie Preroll deal. It's $35 and you get some big joints in a cool metal tin, it's reusable and the particular strain is high in CBD and CBN. Best genetics ever!!

Alexander aka the nug master is THE BEST BUD TENDER IN MICHIGAN! Ive asked for their deli flower terp percentages for MONTHS and everyone gave me the run around with either "they dont give us that kind of information" or "we dont have access to those numbers" I asked the nug master ONE TIME and BOOM the very next visit they were listed. Genuinely the most knowledgeable cat in the house and with his hilariously descriptive product descriptions instantly made him our all time favorite. Sincerely thank you for listening and never settling, elevating the experience time and time again.

Came to Michigan for a girls trip. We stopped by a few dispensaries but this dispensary was, hands down, our absolute favorite. Very helpful, knowledgeable staff. The budtender was very passionate about the products and the manager even came out to assist us. 10/10 I'd go back, even if it was a little out of the way. Keep it up guys!

Would like to say how clean and attractive the Big Rapids store was, a big variety of house plants in the foyer was very appealing! The show room was tastefully done and showcased a very nice variety/selection of products. I may not be an expert but I know friendly, helpful and knowledgeable when I encounter it! Those qualitites were in corporated in Mike, our salesman and his co-salesperson, Kelly, to a "T". They carry GREENHOUSE SEED CO. genetics which I absolutely love. I also love the DRAGONFLY products. Wonderful selection. I want to see more sativa dominant high CBD strains available but overall they carry a great selection.

Last week was my first time stoping into pure roots centerline and I’ve already been back twice! I love the I can confidently shop here knowing the flower is absolutely top notch. I’ve never shopped at a dispensary with a strict non remedial policy, and truthfully I don’t think I can ever go back. Truly clean flower makes all the difference!!
