Been coming here regularly for almost four years. When I moved here, I tried every dispensary in town. It didn't take me long at all to choose Lume as my favorite in the area. I've never had a poor experience, whether I shop in store or place an online order they always have what I'm looking for and the order is correct. Many employees recognize me and call me by name, that goes a long way toward creating a comfortable yet professional atmosphere. I never get the hard sell here! I love shopping here, specifically because of Chris he is so kind, and helpful, I have built a personal connection with this bud tender, so I can tell when he is having an off day, which is hilarious because even then, AMAZING service, he goes extra miles to give you the assistance, and guidance you need with your meds even if you are spending 10$. Top tier service and I would tell any stranger on the street that they should work more to be like this young man.

Hi Dasher, Dave here I was at one of my favorite dispensaries today. Antidote Michigan Avenue bud tender today was sky. I like this new product they got called ROVE it’s a vape and they sell pods and and they have the regular screw in cart so you suggested I tried one of the new ones premier cured resin. This is the best I’ve had if you go in there ask for Skyler Madison, New York, Lexi Jasmine Lulu they’re all good bud tenders don’t know what your budget is. Let him know if you’re looking for quality or quantity. They can make some really good suggestions. Lexi suggested some bud for my son for Thanksgiving. It was great. Have a good day. The staff and atmosphere are what take me back. They are very knowledgeable about the components of the products, and how they pertain to my needs. The staff is friendly and seem to take an interest while I am there. I've been to a couple other places where they only wanted to sell product with no understanding about it or how it will work for me. That is why I will continue to go to JC3. As long as their doors are open, I will be a customer. Thanks guys.

I went to King of Budz in Roseville yesterday 1/6/26 for the first time. Never been to a dispensary. When I first walk in I met, the Greeter, which she goes by O. She was about as pleasant as they come. She checked my ID, asked me a couple of questions and then I went in. Walked in and was met by Julie. She was very nice and very helpful. I explained to her that this was my first time and my pain management doctor told me to try gummies or pot for my pain. My doctor cut my pain meds down to a third of what I was taking. My pain management doctor thinks he's God. Anyway, Julie asked me what I was looking or needed. She said that," you came to the right girl". So she told me the gummies she offered were the same she takes for pain. Long story short, both O and Julie were super nice. I will definitely be back. I highly recommend King of Budz to everyone. If you meet O at the door, you'll fell welcome. And if you go on a Thurs. Fri. Sat. or Sun. Look for Julie. I will let everyone know how it works out for me.
