Armando was awesome! He was very educational. I was not aware of the loyalty program, he helped me right away! My friend who went with me had only ever been to fire station once in the past, & today she got a FREE cart because she had loyalty points from the last visit! All around top notch! Will be back!
Love it here. I have never had bad experience here. I want to stay true to RIZE, not have to go somewhere else. I hope the managers read these. This is my regular dispensary. I love the website, it's menu is easy to understand and use. Great, laid-back staff. Always have great deals on a huge selection, from quantity to quality. And with the reward points i always have a little extra discount waiting.

Aidan was excellent! He’s helped me before, & always puts me at ease. Everyone always has a smile when you walk in, & they are always helpful & are very knowledgeable about cannabis products. I’ve been back a number of times now, but I’m still a dummy when it comes to choosing the best strain & strength for my chronic pain. There’s a vast selection of items to choose from that are nicely displayed & you can always find a lots of items on sale. I highly recommend the Bourbonnais store when you’re in the the area!
