I had a very pleasant experience at this dispensary, the Budtenders were very nice and helped me find what I was looking for, The inside is really cool and nice things to look at and do while you wait in line if there is one. very quick and easy and friendly. the prices are pretty good considering the area. I will be going back soon for the membership deals

Log cabin feeling when you walk in. Staff & guards are all very friendly, I like that they don’t all jump on you like it’s commission based, some other places I’ve experienced this. Always great deals!!

My friend who went with me had only ever been to fire station once in the past, & today she got a FREE cart because she had loyalty points from the last visit! All around top notch! Will be back!

Love it here. I have never had bad experience here. I want to stay true to RIZE, not have to go somewhere else. I hope the managers read these. Today I went in and had the pleasure of being serviced by Deanna and just like our past interactions she was a pleasure and had me dying laughing. Besides the great vibes she and the other lady with the now orange hair always gives me but she went above and beyond for me and I truly appreciate her kindness and her very contagious personality that made my transaction and visit the best experience

This is my regular dispensary. I love the website, it's menu is easy to understand and use. Great, laid-back staff. Always have great deals on a huge selection, from quantity to quality. And with the reward points i always have a little extra discount waiting.

I just wanted to give Sam, Carly, Robin and Misty a huge shout out for holding down the dispensary yesterday. I am a brand rep for King City Gardens & often times set up in their lobby for a few hours, and every time I do, it is a wonderful experience! They are such an educated and kind staff that really takes the extra time to find the best products for you!

Aidan was excellent! He’s helped me before, & always puts me at ease. Everyone always has a smile when you walk in, & they are always helpful & are very knowledgeable about cannabis products. I’ve been back a number of times now, but I’m still a dummy when it comes to choosing the best strain & strength for my chronic pain. There’s a vast selection of items to choose from that are nicely displayed & you can always find a lots of items on sale. I highly recommend the Bourbonnais store when you’re in the the area!
