The customer service is excellent. I’ve been to this dispensary several times. The selection of quarter and half ounce flower is good from craft to budget there’s something for everyone. Yesterday 5/13/26 Heather, Mason, and David went above and beyond with their customer service. I will return.

I went over like I do quite a bit and dealt with an amazing bundtender/woman Bree. A very bright, bubbly, beautiful welcoming smile, gorgeous..oh and by the way amazing hair..Just down to earth... super chill she made the experience wonderful and better than usual and the staff is amazing there. Great dispensary very geared towards patient needs, being knowledgeable, and caring about their patients. You can tell they pride themselves on what they do there 10/10 team.

My last visit to The Dispensary in Fulton was as always a great experience! The facility always looks clean and I did not have to wait long to see a bud-tender. I've been shopping here since they opened. The customer service has always been amazing. They carry the best top shelf brands as well as the best budget brands in the state and have made great improvements to their process and store. 10/10. Dont listen to these other reviews..they've consistently been one of the best in northeast ohio from my experience.

great place, have been to dispensaries in fla., mich., tons in ohio, these guys are the best. dont know how they can be so nice close to closing. very well informed. if you have not tried them yet, you are missing out. i live in mansfield ohio, we have one, not as good.
