I absolutely love Nirvana! I’ve been a regular since December. They have a wide variety of products as well as friendly, knowledgeable staff! The staff is the reason I love going so much. They’re extremely kind and really care about their clients.

I've been shopping here since they opened. The customer service has always been amazing. They carry the best top shelf brands as well as the best budget brands in the state and have made great improvements to their process and store. 10/10. Dont listen to these other reviews..they've consistently been one of the best in northeast ohio from my experience.

I went over like I do quite a bit and dealt with an amazing bundtender/woman Bree. A very bright, bubbly, beautiful welcoming smile, gorgeous..oh and by the way amazing hair..Just down to earth... super chill she made the experience wonderful and better than usual and the staff is amazing there. Great atmosphere. I can see why they gel well together. Thank you Bree! Made it great purchase in awhile. Keeep.up the great work!!

My last visit to The Dispensary in Fulton was as always a great experience! The facility always looks clean and I did not have to wait long to see a bud-tender. REALLY knowledgable employees. Nice waiting room. They got a menu of their website you can browse, but I definitely suggest looking at their menu BEFORE you go.

great place, have been to dispensaries in fla., mich., tons in ohio, these guys are the best. dont know how they can be so nice close to closing. very well informed. if you have not tried them yet, you are missing out. i live in mansfield ohio, we have one, not as good.

Amy at Zen Leaf is hands down the best part of the experience. I’ve been to a lot of dispensaries, but the customer service I get from Amy is on an entirely different level. She is incredibly knowledgeable, knows the menu inside and out, and always gives the absolute best recommendations. She is patient, genuinely friendly, and takes the time to make sure you find exactly what you need. It is so rare to find someone who goes above and beyond like she does, and she clearly takes massive pride in her work. Absolute rockstar employee—Zen Leaf is incredibly lucky to have her! If you are stopping in, definitely ask for Amy; she makes the whole experience a 10/10.

Certified company does a very great job with customer service/ care for their customers. Their buildings are always sweet with artwork, colorful designs, awesome they remodel, old restaurants. It was chill and laid back for the most part but id just say add more better deals and buy one gey one free then id say u will have everyone locked in. And also yall should start making infused drinks like wake an bakery

I love this dispensary! The staff are always very friendly and smiling. One of the best things about POW (both locations) is their daily sales (Flower for $15 and up) and their drive-thru. So convenient, I just place my order online and then go to the drive-thru and pick it up. I've rarely waited more than 5 minutes or so for the attendant to come to my car. Oh, I need to mention that the online menu is super easy to use! Pure Ohio Wellness has a low priced house band named "Locally Grown". In my opinion, those strains are just as good as any name brand. I always get so excited when new strains come along!
