I am thrilled to tell the incredible staff at Remedy that Niko went above and beyond what anyone should have for me. I had locked my keys in my truck. Niko said "I live in Novi, let me run you home on my lunch so you can get back in." It was one of the kindest efforts shown to me ever. I feel just like family when I deal with anyone in the store. I visited Levels in Niles for the first time on Thursday. I have been to many other dispos in Michiana, but none of them can match Levels in size and selection! I was immediately greeted and checked in by a friendly employee. I was then taken back to a HUGE sales floor! I mean, some of the other dispos entire buildings could fit inside of it! The walls are lined with TONS of deli style and prepackaged flower, vapes, edibles, concentrates, etc. They have the largest selection of strains/products that I've seen in any dispo. They also had some glass pipes and rolling papers. The budtender I had (I *think* his name was Eric) was AMAZING. He was extremely knowledgeable and introduced me to an awesome new strain! I got 25% off and two free pre rolls (that were actually decent) for being a first time customer. I will say that the regular prices might be slightly higher than the dispos in Constantine and Edwardsburg, but I will definitely be back to Levels whenever they have good deals.

I see some BS reviews. I have been a customer since they opened their doors, almost 6 years now! If a customer can't verify they got their order how do you expect a business to drop everything and investigate. I worked at $100B annual revenue organization and spent a couple of years in Security. Proper security depends on clear procedures, methodology and only a limited number of people having access to the different functions such as evaluating evidence/tapes, special controls for each specific function and very limited access to cash out from accounts beyond simply making change. Another complained he burned through his order too fast - Wow so the MADE you party, eh? Must be tough! Anyway ridiculous complaints are something I complain about. I find their people extremely competent and have made well over a few hundred transactions without an error. The= employees know the majority of the products and are always great with assisting and answering questions. I have never felt rushed. Product varies and price may or may not be an indicator of quality. I have received excellent herb for as low as $100/oz. Overall outstanding products in a comfortable setting with great employees and decent prices! If you have not tried them you are missing out!! Check them out! Note there are 3 dispensaries within 100 feet! Reading Michigan is the place for your herbal shopping pleasure! just 10 miles from Indiana/Michigan state line! NOTE - Watch for Amish buggies and be careful on hills as we have a fairly large Amish community in the area!
