I’m from out of state so I get a temp card every month! Bud Buffet is always my 1st stop then I cruise to one or 2 more in the area, but this place is by far my fave! Great prices for great quality and quantities, and Grant is the best budtender!! The owners are awesome and down to earth! The shop is always decorated with styles! Love LOVE this place and I definitely recommend it!! They just need to get suckers, that would keep me from going to the other 1-2 shops lol lol!!! Always tip your BUDTENDER!!! Peace!

Great customer service and great quality product. Sometimes their prices are higher than others but they have great deals weekly. And if you're a first time customer you get an additional discount for your next 3 visits. I've never had a problem here and use this club and greenlight as my go to places. Definitely recommend.

Quite literally root down has been the best thing that’s ever happened to me. I’m a lifelong sufferer of Diabetes and I have extreme Diabetic neuropathy. I have been averaging about 1 to 2 hours of sleep a night and thanks to my doctors prescription for medical marijuana and rootdown I have found drugs that help me sleep 8 to 10 hours a night. I’m like a new person and the staff at rootdown in Ocean Springs is the absolute best. I have to mention them my name, Jackie, Amanda, Justin, Pam and Mel are the best they sit down with you. I’ve gotten a little bit more advanced, and I have to thank the staff of root down who are the best. If you need medical marijuana and you live in Ocean Springs or near Ocean Springs Mississippi this is the place to go. They will take care of you. They’re courteous. My first time ordering and everything is online, and you pay through Aeropay for delivery. You have to check the website often for deals. $20 8th's are available if you order before they run out! The choices of bud are limited because it's ran by the state. The delivery driver was very professional. He was friendly and patient when I asked him a few questions about the services he was providing for me as a patient of Capitol Wellnes Solutions. Pros and cons are the same everywhere. Just find the pharmacy that's right for your needs.

Awesome experience! Long read, BUT please take the time. I couldn't have asked for a better first-time experience for ALL of this. For this being something that's typically "scary" for first time users, you won't have that experience here. A little about my AMAZING experience. When I arrived, I was welcomed by the "door checker." It was chilly out and my first time (One page questionnaire to best serve you) and the "door checker" done his best to quickly sign me in, ensuring I wouldn't get cold. Once signed in I was brought in and asked preference in product to try. Once decision was made, I was taken to the next employee for the next step in the process. I was lead through the process and informed about the different perks/benefits in each of the different product options, ensuring I was comfortable, and knew what I was looking at, before proceeding. Once I chose my products of choice, I was informed of total and given a free T-Shirt, coke-can cooly, and a 20% discount, JUST for being a first-time customer. Paid for products, the products were explained and how to navigate use, if wasn't familiar. Was informed the benefits of each thing that was in the product I purchased and the things it could help with. Was then given an information sheet with the different benefits of things in the products and pharmacist information, should I ever have any questions. Then, was handed my purchased products and walked to the door. There's so much concern, care, love, knowledge, & passion, in these employees & what they do, that it's impossible for it to go unnoticed. For example, the employee that helped me with my decision in product, based on my needs AND preferences, stepped out with me to ensure me that I wasn't alone in my journey and not to be ashamed. That there was no such thing as a dumb question. They were all there with knowledge of different levels and if one didn't know another would. They learn from the pharmacist regularly, in varies ways. Didn't rush me off. Let me talk as long as I wanted/needed. Definitely made sure I knew I was welcomed back anytime. Also informed me about the delivery service option, should I ever want/need to use it. Before the end (and many times during) they ensured me it was ok to ask questions if I had any.
