Tay is always fast and efficient! I love this dispensary so much. Always a better experience than I am expecting. Every other dispensary in Orange Park has a minimum of a 10 minute wait. The store on Cortez in Bradenton is not the biggest, or the closest either. But it is the Very Best dispensary in this county. The staff are great, the ladies in the back… you know who I’m talking about ! So kind and friendly. Great product and amazing prices. Try them out, then go on out to the beach and enjoy.
I walked in to make my purchased on a Sunday afternoon. I initially expected it to be busy, but it was actually less than a 5 minute wait. I had the opportunity to work with Tylor and he was all over it. He made great recommendations and also took the time to explain the new dispensable calculations. Thanks again Tylor. I would say just the overall experience at this location with their team has been better than the other surrounding locations.

I am a PD Kidney patient on the cusp of receiving a kidney and as a result my pot smoking days are over . I have received the best service from the staff at MUV and excellent advice in alternative THC delivery systems which are OK with my Kidney Team . I have shopped in all of the local dispensaries and I can say with my 38 years of retail experience the best customer service is provided at MUV , very customer oriented !
I ordered tropical runtz @ 27%thc when I picked it up and received it ......it was 24%thc . all I am saying is let the customer or patient know before they get disappointed. That's a big difference in strength.
I love Surterra Wellness (Park St location) compared to any other dispensary in Jacksonville!
