Best dispensary anywhere around by far! Incredible quality products with a wide variety of options for anything you could possibly need or want. Extremely knowledgeable, helpful and friendly staff are super welcoming every time you walk in…. I’ve had a ton of questions about strains and products because I have to be extremely careful due to my anxiety/ptsd and every time I have any questions they go above and beyond to help me. The shop is super laid back with a great vibe and they have some really cool art murals and paintings on the walls. I love to tell people I meet or people I know about Stairway, how much they have helped me and how fabulous they are, I will be a loyal lifelong customer! 13/10 stars

I have to say, I have been to a lot of dispensaries across this country and 315 Primo in Branson West is my absolute favorite place! Not only do they have great prices, their staff is unbeatable! Everyone I've ever encountered there is amazing, they're always smiling, I've never had anyone have an attitude, it's a great environment, great people, great products! Staff is knowledgeable about product availability, strain information & lineage & they're honest with you about what they like and don't. When you have an environment like they do, it's easy to drive the extra 40 minutes to spend your money where the business is exceptional & so are the people! You know who you are! I would like to thank Tenkiller Natural Health for the great service I received. We are new to the area and have been looking for a dispensary that has knowledgeable staff and plenty of options on products. As of yesterday, the search is over. My first visit was yesterday, and I was totally pleased with the staff Kaitlyn and Austin. They were very helpful and patient to explain all the different options I could use and what the benefits of the products. I had tons of questions, but they were able to answer all, and I greatly all the help and information. I really loved how this location has so much to choose from and how clean and organized the establishment is. The process to apply for my Medical Marijuana card was very smooth, and I received it within 11 days. The prices were really good and I really like their reward program, which is a major plus. This is quite frankly my favorite errand to run every month. I was getting paid once a month by my previous employer so I set my stash up for a once monthly re-up cycle. Not long after I got my medical card I was at my monthly stop when I saw a dog on a leash in the building that was not a service dog. I confirmed with the staff that dogs were allowed in the building and ever since then I have brought my Daniff (English Mastiff x Great Dane) with me. She loves all the staff and they love her back! When we walk in she's jumping on the counter and getting showered with treats before I even get checked in lol. Love the store and the people in it. Great service, great deals, membership points exchangeable for cash, you name it.

I just bought a gelato 41 king size pre roll and let me tell you this strain taste so good it’s very enjoyable and very clean , I recommend everyone to try this place out yall won’t be disappointed I rate this place 10/10

This dispensary is a very small one, as is the town, but it is well stocked with a very nice selection of accessories and smokables. The staff is amazing and will help you in any way they can. It's just a fun shop. I visit the shop regularly and recommend it to everyone in the area.

This was my first deli style dispensary that I have ever been to, and it was the best, and my favorite, experience I have ever had at a dispensary! The staff were knowledgeable and very helpful. I will definitely be going back again and again!!
