I had the opportunity to be one of the first customers at this location. They had a nice warming tent set up for patients. The environment is very appealing, focusing on local culture incorporated into the design. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable about what they carry. The only critique I could mention is the price. Get place.

I went to Sunburn for the second time yesterday and was blown away again by their staff (Jordan) and products. I have been to all the dispensaries in Pensacola, and I have not had an experience close to this one. Also, yesterday I got a free bottle of nectar. Apparently, every Sunday they give free stuff away with any purchase. Their flower is amazing and I believe they are the only dispensary that has strain specific live rosin gummy’s. Wow! Quite literally root down has been the best thing that’s ever happened to me. I’m a lifelong sufferer of Diabetes and I have extreme Diabetic neuropathy. I have been averaging about 1 to 2 hours of sleep a night and thanks to my doctors prescription for medical marijuana and rootdown I have found drugs that help me sleep 8 to 10 hours a night. I’m like a new person and the staff at rootdown in Ocean Springs is the absolute best. I have to mention them my name, Jackie, Amanda, Justin, Pam and Mel are the best they sit down with you. They help you understand the different products and help recommend what’s best for you. I was a starter. I’ve gotten a little bit more advanced, and I have to thank the staff of root down who are the best. If you need medical marijuana and you live in Ocean Springs or near Ocean Springs Mississippi this is the place to go. They will take care of you. They’re courteous. I've been to every dispensary within the St Charles area. The experience I have had here by far exceeded my expectations. I had the pleasure of being assisted by Jordan. He was super helpful in helping me find the product that would work best for my needs. The facility is clean and the ladies up front are incredibly friendly. The sign in process was a breeze I'm happy to say that I finally found my go to for my medicine!
