I am from Chicago and I have been to every weed place around exit 1 in New Buffalo. This place is hands down the best dispensary I have been to. I had corey or Cory as my bud tender. She was an expert at the strains... I have struggled with the strains that give me the high I'm looking for and she knew exactly what I was explaining to her. She was awesome and friendly and I came home with great strains I can't find in Illinois. The staff also had a computer error they had to fix from my online order and they worked hard to fix the error. I am truly happy I found a dispensary I enjoy and the vibe is awesome. Please keep up the great work URB !!

I bought from this store because I live in Hyde Park, which is close to my residence. The head salesperson and trainer waited on me the first time I went. Been shopping here a few years, spent alot of money, accumulated reward points, many points. They decided to cancel program, gave short notice, then canceled it a week early without notice. Messaging is clear, we'll take advantage of our customers. Avoid this shop, there's many others.

I come there twice a month from New Martinsville area and always been happy with prices and everything about this place until today prices are way up and way to much for taxes but I'll still be there as always love the employees there I've always had a great experience .Prices should go down tho it's getting to be to much

I have not found anything I disliked about this place. they are so helpful. I have Lupus and have trouble with vision right now. they read labels 4 me . I use the terps to help and they are wonderful about helping me with that. they are friendly and knowledgeable and very patient cannot beat them.
