Quite literally root down has been the best thing that’s ever happened to me. I’m a lifelong sufferer of Diabetes and I have extreme Diabetic neuropathy. I have been averaging about 1 to 2 hours of sleep a night and thanks to my doctors prescription for medical marijuana and rootdown I have found drugs that help me sleep 8 to 10 hours a night. I’ve gotten a little bit more advanced, and I have to thank the staff of root down who are the best. Since I've been coming to the store big buds, I've really enjoyed it. The people are nice, their understanding. They're very educated. They do explain things to you which I found that in this door but not all others they act like, you know, they don't want to talk to you. And they echo, like, it hurts them to explain something to you. I had a bad experience with a few, and I 'm not going. I'm to do that again.

The staff were polite, helpful , professtional. I am 86 years old , I have arthritis and I was embarrassed to go in store .
