I've been here several times and now I don't go anywhere else. The staff has been so kind and knowledgeable. Immediately upon entering I felt comfortable. They never make me feel as though I'm asking too many questions even though I have many each time I come in! Did I mention their selection?! They have so much! I will definitely recommend this to both someone new to medical cannabis and to the experienced user.

She also informed me about a few strains and edibles that would help with my knee pain!! Also another shout out to Corey who did an excellent job as well informing me about the new products and their effects!! This is the BEST DISPENSARY IN THE CITY PERIOD!! First time here but have plans to return very soon. It is a bit of a drive for me to get to but it was worth the trip. Upon arrival the strain we wanted was not available and staff was able to help us find a suitable alternative. Staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. Service was a quick as we wanted it to be and I didn’t feel rushed to get through even though they were busy. Atmosphere was clean, very cool and chill.

Love the budtenders, they're always to helpful but not in your face about it. Great locally grown flower.

I didn't know this dispensary was open. I have seizures, fibro and other "nervous system" problems. They had Illicit Bruce Banner, which is wonderful for all my complaints. When I walked into the dispensary, I was put as ease because the waiting room was relaxing, even with other people sitting and waiting. You don't find this is other dispensaries. I was greeted by the person behind the counter. Very friendly staff. Rewards Program sounds very rewarding, which many dispensaries only pretend to offer . So, I have a new primary dispensary. Thank you Key Cannabis!

I was in there today and Bobby helped me and I was very impressed with his knowledge of the products. Bobby was very helpful and pleasant to chat with. I’m very pleased with the service Bobby provided.

Is this the complaint section? There are two pick up lanes for online orders and both of them were occupied by customers who want to talk forever and get walked through the menu. I stood there for 15 minutes waiting for them to be finished with an order that they should already be finished with. Keep the online orders separated from these people who have questions. I order online because I’m in a hurry.

I haven't been to the Moberly location in a while and decided to try them out again. I first noticed the all new staff, cleanliness and friendly atmosphere. The new staff are what this location needed from Management down. Everyone was welcoming and inviting and knew their products are were able to answer questions. It was like going to different dispensary than before. I will be back again. Great improvement Green Releaf Moberly!!

The Bud tender turned me on to a couple of vape cartridges that are downright monster. Not bad price for 1 gm carts. Will be back.
