Service at the store is great but they rarely answer phone. And when you place an online order, you have to call them and tell them bc the system doesn’t notify them. Kinda defeats the idea of online ordering.

Ok so my first time to OK was here. I meet my favorite bud tender Taylor who helped navigate me through my choices and the services. She was awesome! Very patient with me and all my questions. Being from out of state I didn’t want to break any rules and I had little understanding of how things where being done. She quickly got me up to speed and kindly helped me. The Romulan was beautiful and delicious. Huge buds tight and firm. So when I got my second visitors pass I was sure to stop in again! This time even more pleased I found the best deals on the best buds! Straight forward prices on quality medical. You just can’t get any better than this. Thanks for keeping it simple for us simple folks! I can’t wait to come back to see what is on next months menu! You ARE MY favorite dispensary! Great prices and SUPER helpful staff. just tell em what's broken and they will find the flower that fixes it. The only 2 things I could say I would change is 1. They treat ptsd and severe anxiety patients. yet the waiting room is tiny and always full. 2. Not really much they can do here, but newer champion strains. They do rotate frequently to stay on top of the newest strains available in this area and they have awesome staple strains. It just sucks reading and seeing award winning new herbs (first class funk)(jigglers)(permanent marker)and have no hope of trying it before its been bred out of existence. This is not naturals fault though. Its the growers and supply chain.

Aidan was excellent! He’s helped me before, & always puts me at ease. Everyone always has a smile when you walk in, & they are always helpful & are very knowledgeable about cannabis products. I’ve been back a number of times now, but I’m still a dummy when it comes to choosing the best strain & strength for my chronic pain. There’s a vast selection of items to choose from that are nicely displayed & you can always find a lots of items on sale. I highly recommend the Bourbonnais store when you’re in the the area!
