Aidan was excellent! He’s helped me before, & always puts me at ease. Everyone always has a smile when you walk in, & they are always helpful & are very knowledgeable about cannabis products. I’ve been back a number of times now, but I’m still a dummy when it comes to choosing the best strain & strength for my chronic pain. There’s a vast selection of items to choose from that are nicely displayed & you can always find a lots of items on sale. I highly recommend the Bourbonnais store when you’re in the the area!

First off, I just want to say I love your bud tender Anthony. He fully made my day. He deserves so much love and praise. He was thoughtful, helpful and just incredibly lovely to talk to. He talked to me about your patient journals, helped me find a strain for my migraines and he was just a joy to talk to.

I enjoyed this dispensary very much. The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially Patti. I will choose this dispensary as my first choice. The place was bright and cheerful. Also very clean. There were tons of sales. There is something for everyone.

Great service, and over the past months, the bud has grown in quality. A good spot to check out.

First off i just wanna say i loveee this establishment i have yet to experience anything less than great customer service from everyone. Today I went in and had the pleasure of being serviced by Deanna and just like our past interactions she was a pleasure and had me dying laughing. Besides the great vibes she and the other lady with the now orange hair always gives me but she went above and beyond for me and I truly appreciate her kindness and her very contagious personality that made my transaction and visit the best experience

I had a very pleasant experience at this dispensary, the Budtenders were very nice and helped me find what I was looking for, The inside is really cool and nice things to look at and do while you wait in line if there is one. very quick and easy and friendly. the prices are pretty good considering the area. this location is much less intense than the others in the area. they still of course follow the security regulations, etc. but this location has great staff, and a great vibe. their point system is awesome, and they're great with their customers no matter who the employee is. their prices can't be beat either. keep up with the specials because I will keep returning if you do.

First time discount is 25% and they havea great point system. Staff is super friendly and the atmosphere is really cute!
