2nd time in the store and I was impressed with the customer service and I appreciate the help and professional experience.

Absolutely love the way they have the entrance to this place set up. They are very secure, and they take their jobs very seriously. The staff was amiable, and welcoming. I will be returning to this store, and others could learn a thing or 2 about customer service.

I love the atmosphere. I like the professionalism and qualified staff. I find this place to be genuinely dedicated to their customers needs. Also, the atmosphere is super nice and clean but not too sterile. I battle cancer and I am prone to occasional brain fog which triggers frustration & yup, tears. I have to give a shout out to Cass working last Friday night. I swear her name tag said Cass sorry if I’m wrong. Can I just say that she was so dang amazing. She listened to me like I was the only one there, then she whips out perfect amount of compassion and then humor? Seriously, shows what real customer service is about. I went home grateful. Been here twice now. Both times they were very helpful. This store also seems to have the best variety of vape carts in town.

But hands down the BEST prices for QUALITY! They have the best RSO selection and actually understand how cannabinoids work in isolate forms and blends, best local to get your recreational or medicinal bud in town, what sells this place the most is the staff, I can’t speak for this company enough!

Came here after being called a “cultist” for wearing a trump hat in to a separate Dispensary (Greenlight Cambells). The staff were extremely nice and even complimented my hat, which I was hesitant to wear after my altercation at the first dispensary.

Second time going to this shop and it was as great of an experience the second time. Very knowledgeable, helpful, friendly service.

I love wholesome and it's employees. I've only had one thing that got messed up and they corrected it immediately. I recently moved farther away and so I'm now use their delivery. I have never had a problem with any of my deliveries. I always try to make sure I at least have a good tip for the drivers. I've been going here since they open. I've looked at other places that are closer to me but I'm a loyal customer. Thank you

I was in rapid city for my nieces birthday party and my sister and I both went into the dispensary I believe was on the west side of town! The person who helped us was I believe named Liz? She was super sweet and super nice! I am definitely going to be coming back to this location!

I must say I've been a customer for over 2yrs and every time I've ordered, I've always been completely satisfied! Tumbleweed delivery never messed up my orders, were always quick and convenient. Their products have always met or exceded my expectations! Thease folks are good at what they do. I like feeling appreciated by peoole i do business with and they certainly do.
