They were out of a few things that I ordered. It was their Soft Opening and the the prices rocked, so that can be expected. Communication was fabulous! They chatted with me online and offered substitutions. The whole shopping experience was pretty darn good even though newbie employees were still finding their feet. I wish I could have made it to the Grand Opening yesterday...I will shop there again. Nice atmosphere with beautiful landscaping. It puts the other place down the street to shame!

Been coming here off and on since they opened. I kinda miss how they used to check your ID at the little box window, then open the door to let you in. It had a bit of a speakeasy feel to it, and I dug it. I hope they continue to stick around. The shop is small, but the product is always top shelf.

I decided to give Medcare a visit yesterday since I was in the area, and boy I’m glad I did. The staff was awesome, and they had some fire products in there. Taylor helped me out and introduced me to some new brands. I also received a promo preroll from sluggers, fireeeee!! This will be my new go to spot. Super friendly staff, very helpful and for informative of some of the new brands I was introduced to. The showroom is immaculate, very clean and very inviting…the waterfall on the wall is dope!! What a great place - clean environment and a really friendly bud tender. The GM was there and came out to say hi also. There is a coffee shop next door, and they offered me a discount on the coffee. Really good product selection, bought an eight which was fire. Staying next door so I’m going to come back. Huge parking lot makes it really easy.

I don’t typically leave reviews but Tiffany is one of the sweetest people, truly a great first experience for the dispo itself and first experience at a dispo in Cali. She was absolutely wonderful and very helpful and informative. I will be back when I visit Palm Springs again
