I’ve been using The Velvet Fog Cannabis delivery service whenever I’m on the hunt for Cookies! They consistently have a great selection, and Cookies is always my go-to brand. Today, I was excited to see three new strains I hadn’t tried before. Ordering was smooth, and I appreciated the generous discounts based on how much you spend—it really adds value to the experience! However, when my order arrived, I noticed one product was missing from the packaging. I reached out to Velvet Fog, and they were incredibly helpful. Been going to Buds since they opened. You can't beat the prices! I love how the flower is displayed. Super easy to see prices and quality. Nikki the bud tender was absolutely one of the best bartenders I have ever had. She was willing to help look at several different products and show mePlenty of options to choose from. I highly recommend her and all the other bed tenders at Kush because they have the best deals on the western slope by far great quality service great product and a wonderful winning attitude.

The store is very clean and provides a wide selection of products. The staff always provides a friendly greeting and is happy to answer any questions.

Decided to try these guys out and I wasn't disappointed good customer service and the driver was awesome and on time I tried there Thc infused drinks and I love them price not bad at all will order again.

This is how budtenders should be. friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to listen to the customer. They have a loyalty program, which is awesome to get points on every purchase that you can redeem later. Definitely my go-to place. Delivery ppl are awesome. They have weekly deals. You really can't beat the quality for the price and the friendly atmosphere.

Wish you would reconsider about the shut down. It's a dam shame after all the excellent help they have done for Douglas, bisbee and Sierra vista area, and for my family that has arthritis it was a heaven sent the medication for them now sadly they will have to spend the days in pain. I wish you would truly reconsider the closure

I love mercy wellness. Every staff member that I spoke with has been very polite and friendly and knowledgeable. The quality is amazing and reasonable prices. I am on a tight budget but cannabis products help me so much. I have trouble affording the cannabis products that make me feel better. I saw they provided medical patients high-quality free products.
