Wasnt a huge fan before but this Melrose is my new go-to. They've stepped up their game recently because the old, dry buds are gone and the flower is DEFINITELY better than it used to be. Fantastic selection, super friendly staff, and have been happy with everything Ive picked up recently.

My experience with garden remedies my first experience with garden remedies was a few years ago. I was a little nervous about going into a new Dispensary, but the young gentleman helped me very nicely. He made suggestions. I had a new Medical marijuana card. It was my first experience being in this kind of a facility he made it very easy and make sure I got the proper discount with my new Medical marijuana card and offered me a card to get it punched every time I went into the store for at least four visits. It was an awesome Kind experience. It is always quite clean and atmosphere absolutely wonderful people. There are very friendly and kind always willing to go the extra mile this is always a place to make my experience with them very pleasurable. Thank you very much. JOHN!! This is for you! I’m a mental health worker in the hospital settings in Boston- this is definitely a need after a long day. On a snow storm that is supposed to come, my weediclesss (as I call it) was not available after I placed my order for delivery. Sir John was AMAZING and so caring to inform me of this and ask if there was anything else I needed. He really listened to what I needed and the current state I was in- just to decompress and get my client’s stories out of my brain so I can decompress and recenter as well. He made me feel seen and heard and feel valued. He tried adding an extra goodie for my birthday that just passed, I chose to give to a homeless person and he said he would give on my behalf.. no one has followed suit and done something like that on my behalf. Someone that may not have an ID or money but may need a break, let them use my weedicles… that’s all I want and John helped me gift it back to someone in need. Thank you John D. I came here for a very specific strain and through conversation was made aware of their own strains. Seeing the passion from the employees and owner was enough for me to try something of theirs. I WAS NOT DISAPPOINTED. I tried their hash face strain and it was perfect. It was a nice clean high and even uplifting at times. I will be back to this hidden gem in the very near future. I especially decided to shop here because it happened to be less than a mile away where I was for a function. And...I had checked out their menu online! This was the only place in the area where I could get brands I have been looking for. I was completely pleased with whole experience at Upstate Canna. Plenty of parking in front of the store. Pleasant check-in. Layout utilizes space efficiently so you can view products. Tremendous selection of flower and prices to fit every budget. many other products to choose from as well. I was very pleased with the prices on what I bought. Jeremy, my budtender was pleasant (as was Joe, lol) and knowledgeable about what I purchased. Overall, this was a great first-time experience. As a veteran of visiting six state's worth of dispensaries, I have had many good, some mediocre, and flat-out poor experiences (just a few). I will definitely visit again if I am in the Albany/Schenectady area.

I loved the atmosphere and great customer service. It is a great beautiful place. Their cannabis has a ton of variety and works very well! I will definitely be going there again! It is over all a great place for everyone as well as pets too!

some of the employees are cool but some are rude. he asked people before me if they want to use their 25% off but doesn't ask me on my turn. and yes, I was using it. then he did something else childish, not writing it here. I will go to Springfield from now on.
