The store had a very warm and welcoming “General Store” feeling. The staff was very nice and helpful as well! You can buy a cup of infused coffee while you continue to shop!

I've been meaning to write a review for a while but just am getting to it. I give this store 5 stars simply because of the customer service alone. Simple check in process, where everyone I've talked to has greeted me with kindness and information on what to do next. When walking into the store, employees are always helpful and ready to assist. I will say specifically, I am always impressed about one individuals customer service. I'm not sure if she is Curaleaf Newark manager or assistant manager but I believe her name is Maddie. And if this is not correct spelling then I do apologize but she's the woman with black bangs and star wars tattoos. She absolutely excels at speaking to people with respect and walks every customer through the buying process and/or the next steps on how to pay on the card reader. What's good about an employee like her is that other employees see the standard that she sets and very easily creates a culture with in store that brings customers back. If possible, I'd suggest giving her a raise on top of all the good work she is already doing for the company. At the end of the day I never went out and picked a specific location to buy my THC products until now. Newark location has absolutely won my business and I'll be back many more times. - T.R. I absolutely love everything about this store! The atmosphere is so welcoming and comfortable. The employees talk to you like you're human and not like you are just another transaction. They are so knowledgeable and do deep research into their products before selling them. They have menus the list everything in the strain and explains what each effect each one may have on you. Absolutely amazing for beginners!! They have such a variety of everything, including glass, decor, clothing, and so much more! HIGHly recommended!!
Whether I order online or go in with a pre-planned list or have no clue what I'm looking for when I walk in, I always end up getting exactly what I'm after and some really great conversation with the folks that work there. The employees are crazy friendly, knowledgeable, helpful. The products are excellent - I've never gotten anything that has disappointed and I've never strayed from their in-house products. The cider is AMAZing. I'm always excited for the fall so I can stock up. The variety of in-house products is incredible, quality top tier, the pricing is incomparable in the area - as NH medical card holder, I'm just glad I live so close to be able to shop here. Best dispensary, period.
