I loved talking w/John the pharmacist to expand my knowledge on medical marijuana. He was clear, knowledgeable and caring. He genuinely cared. He made it easy for me to ask questions. The staff was extremely caring and knowledgeable they had an innate way of making you feel comfortable and they were like a team in helping me figure out which strain/ terpenes were best for my conditions. Each time we’ve been at Indigo in Brooklawn, we had very courteous and attentive bud tenders who have assisted us. I wanted to especially mention Nina, who has helped us twice now and was very helpful and shares her knowledge as we are getting more information regarding products to help 2 of our very close friends that are dealing with terminal issues. I had such a wonderful, I had such a wonderful visit to top, notch exotics and the people that work there are very knowledgeable and friendly and offered their own suggestions and each person that works as a specialty, you know, for those who are specific about how they like to indulge and and sometimes you could even be invited up to the lounge, which is very nice, makes you feel like you're in a friendly atmosphere, very high recommendation.

I pass about 4-5 dispensaries on my way to Rise and this is one of the only dispensaries that I shop with now due to the staff, quality and the pricing! The recent transformation at the KOP location makes you want to keep coming back. I love the history of cannabis that is illustrated on the walls and also admire Teagan, Lauren and the guys at Rise for ALWAYS being so pleasant, professional and courteous. I've been here a few times & I have to day that my overall experiences have been really good. I prefer Verano flower & The Botanist always has a good selection from them to choose from. It is also located in the same town that I live in. I'll be coming here for a long time.
