As you walk in it’s just weed everywhere. Kid in a candy store. Makes you feel more welcome to looking at products than normal displays at other stores. Had spent a lot of time looking around there’s a ton to go through and look over don’t be afraid to go through everything they have all day and they’ll let you know that too. I love my visits but I just wish they updated the list on leafly so I can look at list and decide what I wanna buy when I get there . I get sometimes u might run out of strains but 3 months ago is a very old list .please update list on leafly.love the store though in-person great ppl.

They will remember who you are, what you like, help you with the app so you get the best price, and tell you when your favorite is on sale. They’ll help you setup the reward app, and most importantly, they will help you make the right decision about what to get. And believe me you want the right thing, this isn’t the cannabis you’re used to from the street. I’m super impressed with all the employees and everything Ive enjoyed from Zen Lead Norfolk.

Was very helpful, polite. She helped me figure out exactly what I wanted and also saved me some headaches by telling me to get a fernway indica vape for sleeping help compared to a worse brand.
