Super helpful staff answered all my questions and got me the best product for my needs. I pre-ordered and it was ready; the atmosphere led me to buy some other products after good conversation/recommendation.

Staff was really friendly. I ordered online and picked up in store which was super fast. I was able to find a different strain from all the other shops around here and I love the Aloha Punch. It Tastes good, it’s packaged well and fits a standard battery. I worked 30 hours in 3 days with hardly any sleep and today is my first day off. I am literally so exhausted and felt like I couldn’t do anything. I promise you, when I took the first couple hits I got a boost of energy and I could all of the sudden tolerate everyone’s talking and started cleaning immediately. This will be my go to spot and strain!

Called them up right at ten i bought and ounce and a brand new pipe. The guy was here in like 20 minutes....real good product with a lotta variety :) came right to my stoop had a nice little bag of goodies just like takeout mmhhhmmmmm lucky dawgz 2025 twiggy out

I love coming here on a daily staff is super sweet and always have the best deals. They always go over discounts and the best deals of the day. We have loved coming here all the time weather is for something big or small.

Visited Bask on 11/23/23, Green Wednesday! Ryan was my bud tender in the medical side. Always super attentive, knowledgeable, friendly, and makes sure I leave with every discount I qualify for while also offering new and helpful products. I absolutely love Bask and have been a returning customer for a few years now.

I needed a recommendation for something smooth, since I had a bad cough. They gave me some very kind bud which I am consuming cough-free. Really improved my Xmas weekend and my quality of life generally. Cheers!

JOHN!! This is for you! I’m a mental health worker in the hospital settings in Boston- this is definitely a need after a long day. On a snow storm that is supposed to come, my weediclesss (as I call it) was not available after I placed my order for delivery. Sir John was AMAZING and so caring to inform me of this and ask if there was anything else I needed. He really listened to what I needed and the current state I was in- just to decompress and get my client’s stories out of my brain so I can decompress and recenter as well. He made me feel seen and heard and feel valued. He tried adding an extra goodie for my birthday that just passed, I chose to give to a homeless person and he said he would give on my behalf.. no one has followed suit and done something like that on my behalf. Someone that may not have an ID or money but may need a break, let them use my weedicles… that’s all I want and John helped me gift it back to someone in need. Thank you John D. Thank you for giving me your last initial to ensure that the highest person at your company hopefully sees this and recognizes their unique/amazing employee. To the owner- he is a keeper. They can’t make it much easier than The Green Heart! Order ahead if you can save time when you arrive. Lock your car and don’t leave it running or it may not be there when you come back out in 5 minutes! They post signs all over the front of the building. Be warned everyone! Thank you for good medicine without making me bleed$!

I love this place. Every staff member I've met balances professionalism and friendliness perfectly. I have yet to purchase a product that was anything less than mind-blowing. I also didn't expect the prices to be THAT much lower than during the long, dark age of prohibition. We're leaving in the future!
