I love the variety of everything. And the way it’s all displayed is inviting. Service folks are chill and helpful.

I was very easy to find what I needed on the menu. Their security and lobby staff are friendly and made me feel safe and welcome. The bartenders at the cash wrap area were very helpful, friendly and gracious. I can highly recommend visiting this dispensary.

I have been there 8 times Eric welcomed me like no other place ever has & I mean everywhere he's the BEST. HE TOOK THE TIME TO EXPLAIN EVERYTHING ABOUT THE PRODUCTS, ACC, DEALS, SIGNING UP FOR MORE DEALS. I’m surprised by some of the reviews on here. I’ve had nothing but positive experiences here. I’ve been in numerous times and everything has always gone well. The staff have been super friendly and helpful. The products are top of the line, and fresh. I have some strains here with harvest dates two weeks ago. That’s fresh and the prices are the best I’ve found. I see some pretty rude customers waiting in line…. Maybe a please and thank you and a tip goes a long way too… I’m a medical patient with a fused back & neck- I manage my pain well going here. I’ve been to many dispensaries being from California and you guys ate awesome! Thank you.

I love Ethos on Falls Road and the team there! They are so welcoming and the dispensary itself has a calming effect when you walk in from the outside world. They always have a parking spot open/free right out front so makes it super easy picking up my order when I drive there. Definitely check them out!!!

Lovely friendly staff members, great deals and discounts, phenomenal products — the only store I’ve found in the Greater Boston area that reliably sells several kinds of my favorite brand of drinks. Made a special trip out here and will absolutely be back!

I love the budtenders and the vibe. The deals are also the best I’ve seen from any dispensary in the state. It’s my favorite place and I’m headed there now lol

Triple chocolate cookie live rosin was great. Coming from VT where concentrates are capped at 60% it was nice to get some dank. Nice atmosphere and budtender was kind and I didn’t feel rushed.

The employees are fantastic , helpful and answer questions with much knowledge. Great to walk in there and be greeted with a huge smile.

What I love about dispensaries is the customer care. The knowledge, openness, experience… I just love budtenders. I do have my favorite. Doobie delivery. I met Angie because I’m a disabled veteran. They don’t have that discount available so she added the percentage anyway with some computer voodoo. It is her passion… what can I say? She repent a great deal of time figuring it out. And when we spoke I detected her determination and compassion. Her voice is kind and lively. It’s like we have known each other since childhood. I kid you not. She had me laughing so much. She is so honest it’s delightful and I hung up feeling happy, like Angie.s voice. Thank you so much. And I call there first if I need information because Angie does her homework despite the 20 years of experience. Because she uses a personal approach. Not t blanket statements And, if she isn’t sure, She will make it her objective to find the exact correct answer. She also studied at Weedmaps which is live the Harvard Thank you again. Their flower is my new favorite, 10 out of 10! You gotta try their OMG Sherb. The staff is super helpful, and very knowledgeable on their strains. Give this dispensary a visit you won’t be disappointed!

This is my go-to dispensary! They always get us in and out quickly when we pre-order online. They always offer great deals, and also have some really cheap clearance items that we scoop up from time to time. Good quality bud, great prices.
