I can't say enough good things about this dispensary! The atmosphere is inviting and laid-back, making every visit a great experience. The budtenders are phenomenal—knowledgeable, friendly, and always eager to help you find exactly what you need. Plus, their inventory is vast and the prices are unbeatable. They always have something good in my price range, and the location is convenient to downtown Binghamton. if you order ahead, you'll be in and out fast, but everyone is so nice, you'll want to stay and visit for a moment.

this was a fantastic stop, especially for my first time using a medical marijuana dispensary. I am a disabled veteran and they gave me such care even though the system for the state was running slow. I appreciated the pharmacist appointment to help me explore what was readily available and the bud tender knew exactly what he was doing. I would highly suggest. The staff here at Italian herb dispensary are always friendly and welcoming. I haven’t had to wait very long before being able to purchase my items. I do recommend you look at their menu online via their website and place an order prior to coming to the dispensary that way your visit is more efficient, and you can view their discounts and their menu of options. There is no way to view product prior to purchasing in person I believe due to certain state laws and legislature, but I actually enjoy being able to view the full menu online prior and knowing how much I’m going to be paying before I arrive. They do allow you to pick up through the drive-through window if you placed an online order prior to arrival. I’ve used both options via the drive-through and going inside and each one is efficient to and result in a happy customer.

The employees are ALWAYS Friendly and helpful. Have a nice selection of flower, edibles, vapes and vape carts.

This team of budtenders are some of the best in the Mohawk valley, maybe even in the industry. Everyone was genuinely knowledgeable about companies and products they had in store. Andrea was a plethora of information on New York brands and their practices. Carly also being an open book of info; elaborated that she studied cultivation at a SUNY school. She made me comfortable while shopping but also made me feel confident with my selection due to her knowledge and experience. They informed, and signed me up for a killer loyalty program too before I left. Also, the shop is woman owned! I can’t recommend this shop anymore!

Loyalty card that knocks off 10 percent after your 10th $50 or more purchase. Friendly staff, good selection. Recreational prices are much steeper than medical but in the Cooperstown, Delhi, Oneonta region, it's your best bet.

I am a 100% disabled veteran, wounded in Iraq in 2003. I have severe pain, PTSD and social anxiety just to name a few things. I really didn't know what to expect going here, it's an hour drive for me so it was long. When I got there, nervous as hell, first thing you do is check your temp on a wall mounted thermometer. Being my first time there was a page I had to fill out. Honestly I don't remember a single question (I have a tbi) but I know it was basic stuff and quick. The lady at the front desk was nice. Was a quick 5 min exchange of stuff i.e the paper work and your card n whatnot. The normal. Then they let u in the back. The budtenders are friendly, knowledgeable easy to talk to people and beautiful. All in all it's a awesome dispensary. Def better prices and amount of stock than my previous dispensary in Brookville. The boss gave me a free hat!! I know it's just a hat but Ayr Wellness definitely takes the time to make sure all of its customers are well taken care of.

I stopped at Route 17 and visited Knotweed Farm — honestly, one of the coolest hidden gems I’ve found recently. It has a relaxed farm stand vibe with original artwork on the walls and a creatively arranged setup. The dispensary is connected to a fly shop and gift shop, which might seem odd but actually works really well. . The staff was friendly, the space is lovely, and it’s exactly the kind of place where you’d want to stay a while. Definitely worth detouring from the highway.

Having been to quite a few dispensaries in Ohio this place was the best experience. Super helpful and friendly staff. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes.
