this was a fantastic stop, especially for my first time using a medical marijuana dispensary. I am a disabled veteran and they gave me such care even though the system for the state was running slow. I appreciated the pharmacist appointment to help me explore what was readily available and the bud tender knew exactly what he was doing. I would highly suggest. Michael as he knew what he was doing and how to assist you with what it is you needed. prices were extremely fair, especially for someone living on a limited budget. highly recommend coming into Hive

Ana was so very kind and helpful, and assisted me with getting the most out of my rewards, rather than wasting a single dollar of it! I also had to return a defective cartridge, and that process was smoother than a return at any major retailer. Ana was kind and sweet, and I appreciated her time. Thank you, Ana.

Shana and Larry were fabulous I've only been twice but both times I had a great experience. Not only did they recommend some great sleep edibles but they answered all my questions and were so friendly. The place is clean and quiet also love that it's all displayed in glass cases so you can see what you're going to be purchasing.

Ryan was very helpful and knowledgeable. Everything went smoothly and the product was just as I expected.

The vibe is great,however please fill the bags for the same price . Many of our fellow citizens and friends do not have the means to enjoy such a fine products and that is against everything cannabis is about .. given to those who deserve a break and wonderful people. This team of budtenders are some of the best in the Mohawk valley, maybe even in the industry. Everyone was genuinely knowledgeable about companies and products they had in store. Andrea was a plethora of information on New York brands and their practices. Carly also being an open book of info; elaborated that she studied cultivation at a SUNY school. She made me comfortable while shopping but also made me feel confident with my selection due to her knowledge and experience. They informed, and signed me up for a killer loyalty program too before I left. Also, the shop is woman owned! I can’t recommend this shop anymore!
