Repeat customer. After recreational sales began in Maryland, my two other former favorite dispensaries really struggled to accommodate the changes. One closed temporarily and another felt like going to a nightclub with a line, to pick up my medical order. Ascend is well run, team members are welcoming and helpful. Ordering and checkout, including using rewards, is a breeze.

Great first experience for a newbie. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. Budtenders took the time to answer all of my questions and the recommendation was amazing. Definitely will be back.

The staff are very inviting, patient, and knowledgeable. The recommendations have been a hit every time.

This is my favorite destination by way of over-achieving on all the important factors; the first and most noteworthy is always the cost, by far the least expensive of anywhere I know of. The selection of products is good, the staff are courteous, helpful and efficient. It's a great place to go fill up the stash for a good long time without a large amount of cash required, quick and easy.

Conner was probably one of the most personable people I've ever met. And this is coming from someone who's been in sales for years. Made the experience SO much better. I'm not sure if you can request budtenders but if so, then ask for him EVERY time!

I love this place even though it's a drive for me... That being said I drove out there to get my order and they didn't have any of the one thing I ordered 20 of so I had to buy something different for more,but besides that one time they have been 100% my favorite place to go!

Caught the store in middle of getting back together after a remodel. First time visitor. Autumn R. was a professional tender and took care to answer any of my questions and was great to work with. Nice deals while I was there. I’ll return and recommend this location!

Cool, historic building - across the street from a police station, which is what it is. Great selection of edibles and flower which is what we came for. They had free coffee and hot chocolate too. Nice staff. Knowledgeable. Would def return!

Each time we’ve been at Indigo in Brooklawn, we had very courteous and attentive bud tenders who have assisted us. I wanted to especially mention Nina, who has helped us twice now and was very helpful and shares her knowledge as we are getting more information regarding products to help 2 of our very close friends that are dealing with terminal issues. Been coming here regularly for almost four years. When I moved here, I tried every dispensary in town. It didn't take me long at all to choose Lume as my favorite in the area. I've never had a poor experience, whether I shop in store or place an online order they always have what I'm looking for and the order is correct. Many employees recognize me and call me by name, that goes a long way toward creating a comfortable yet professional atmosphere. I never get the hard sell here! I think that's my #1 reason for choosing Lume Jackson

Coming from the south, this was a new experience for me. I was traveling up north to New York to do some work over the weekend and stopped by. I was amazed with the courtesy of everyone there, and the great service they provided. Made me feel welcome and really impressed with their prices and quality product. Highly highly recommend!

These guys are my go to spot ! Urge sets the standard for quality variety and service. The moment you walk in your greeted with a smile and great music. Super spacious, clean, colorful and comfortable environment. I usually go before work due to the time I get off and they're on point for the moment they open. No complaints.
