I am a 100% disabled veteran, wounded in Iraq in 2003. I have severe pain, PTSD and social anxiety just to name a few things. I really didn't know what to expect going here, it's an hour drive for me so it was long. When I got there, nervous as hell, first thing you do is check your temp on a wall mounted thermometer. Being my first time there was a page I had to fill out. Honestly I don't remember a single question (I have a tbi) but I know it was basic stuff and quick. The lady at the front desk was nice. Was a quick 5 min exchange of stuff i.e the paper work and your card n whatnot. The normal. Then they let u in the back. The budtenders are friendly, knowledgeable easy to talk to people and beautiful. All in all it's a awesome dispensary. Def better prices and amount of stock than my previous dispensary in Brookville. The boss gave me a free hat!! I know it's just a hat but Ayr Wellness definitely takes the time to make sure all of its customers are well taken care of.

Rise is my favorite dispencery to go too. The deals are amazing half the time the people are very friendly you walk out feeling like you're part of one big family lol I have to give a huge shout out to (LU) She's very friendly! Her customer service skills are great! She made a comment that had me smiling the rest of the day. She interacts with people very well in my opinion! When I walk in the door I'm greeted with a Hello and a smile they have great customer service and atmosphere is out of this world! The staff are very knowledgeable about their products. They always got the deals. Best spot in town

I absolutely love this dispensary! They have ample parking & have started curbside service. The inside is quite large & very clean. The staff are all incredibly friendly & knowledgeable, offering great recommendations. They have one of the best rewards systems and saving money is super easy.

I was in beyond hello 7-18-25 and the CSR at the window Caeden was his name and he found me exactly what I was looking for. He was very helpful and friendly and very knowledgeable of the product Beyond Hello had. The woman at register 5 that day took very good care of me treated me very nice was very helpful and friendly.

Love this place. It’s near my work so it’s super convenient and the staff are always very friendly and helpful. My only qualm is their supply can sometime get a little sparse for what I’m looking for, but I imagine that has more to do with suppliers and distributers than the shop themselves. I’d *highly* ;) recommend Beyond Hello.
