I’ve always had a great experience at Justice Grown in Dickson City. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and takes the time to answer questions without making you feel rushed. The dispensary is clean, organized, and the check-in process is quick and efficient. I appreciate how helpful they are when recommending products based on my needs, and everyone is always professional and welcoming. It’s easy to see why so many patients continue to come back. Amy at Zen Leaf is hands down the best part of the experience. I’ve been to a lot of dispensaries, but the customer service I get from Amy is on an entirely different level. She is incredibly knowledgeable, knows the menu inside and out, and always gives the absolute best recommendations. She is patient, genuinely friendly, and takes the time to make sure you find exactly what you need. It is so rare to find someone who goes above and beyond like she does, and she clearly takes massive pride in her work. Absolute rockstar employee—Zen Leaf is incredibly lucky to have her! If you are stopping in, definitely ask for Amy; she makes the whole experience a 10/10.
Super nice facility, staff is always making sure us patients are taken care of as soon as we hit the door. Online orders are super easy and efficient. One of the staff members enticed me on several products they offer and couldn't be more happy with the result.
