Alexander aka the nug master is THE BEST BUD TENDER IN MICHIGAN! Ive asked for their deli flower terp percentages for MONTHS and everyone gave me the run around with either "they dont give us that kind of information" or "we dont have access to those numbers" I asked the nug master ONE TIME and BOOM the very next visit they were listed. Genuinely the most knowledgeable cat in the house and with his hilariously descriptive product descriptions instantly made him our all time favorite. Sincerely thank you for listening and never settling, elevating the experience time and time again.

Came to Michigan for a girls trip. We stopped by a few dispensaries but this dispensary was, hands down, our absolute favorite. Very helpful, knowledgeable staff. The budtender was very passionate about the products and the manager even came out to assist us. 10/10 I'd go back, even if it was a little out of the way. Keep it up guys!

Would like to say how clean and attractive the Big Rapids store was, a big variety of house plants in the foyer was very appealing! The show room was tastefully done and showcased a very nice variety/selection of products. I may not be an expert but I know friendly, helpful and knowledgeable when I encounter it! Those qualitites were in corporated in Mike, our salesman and his co-salesperson, Kelly, to a "T". Due to their excellent service, and quality of product, I will be back and don't be surprised if I bring a friend! Please do NOT publish my name and email address! THANK YOU!

Wow! They’re getting medical! Stopped by today but unfortunately the tenders working haven’t been able to take the course yet. So looking forward to medical here. Ended up with some good recommendations for recreational flower. Enjoyed some Grandpa’s Cookies and wow… I’m getting hungry so I appreciate the recommendation on this to help stimulate appetite! My favorite local dispensary! The staff is super friendly, and generous with their time and knowledge. The prices are pretty great, and I love the Jack’s Pack where you get 3-1g prerolls for $20. Super convenient and affordable! The location is very accessible with tons of free parking. I always take my ESA, Bubba, with me and he’s always met with kindness and treats. Overall, this is just a low key and quality dispensary with kind, passionate folks doing their best work. I really appreciate them.
