This is my go-to dispensary! They always get us in and out quickly when we pre-order online. They always offer great deals, and also have some really cheap clearance items that we scoop up from time to time. Good quality bud, great prices.

I pass about 4-5 dispensaries on my way to Rise and this is one of the only dispensaries that I shop with now due to the staff, quality and the pricing! The recent transformation at the KOP location makes you want to keep coming back. I love the history of cannabis that is illustrated on the walls and also admire Teagan, Lauren and the guys at Rise for ALWAYS being so pleasant, professional and courteous. I’m a first time user/buyer. I suffer with neuropathy and was in search of new pain management particularly in the evening when pain is at its worse. I stumbled upon this dispensary and was treated with much respect, kindness and patience from the security guard who explained the process of ordering on line before I stop by, to the gentleman who explained the products. I chose a chocolate bar and the quality was awesome, a small amount did the trick for me as the counter man told me. They are very organized and knowledgeable. I will definitely order from this location in the future. Thank you from an older lady with zero knowledge of this form of pain management.

First time cannabis user, I was nervous about going my first time . I was greet by Collin at Registration who was super friendly and talked me through what I needed to do. In addition he said I can qualify for a discount on Tuesday’s because I am a healthcare provider. It was extremely nice to hear Veterans receive this opportunity as well . Next I was greeted by Nick who helped me with my order . He was very informative about products that could be beneficial to me after actively listening to my medical needs . I was so appreciative of the time and great customer service I received. Truly the Lancaster Ave dispensary staff were all nice , atmosphere quiet and clean . I highly recommend!

When I went to Ethos I was completely happy with the staff and the set up of the store. Customer service was excellent and the products are wonderful. I love the bud. It is much a higher quality than I have had at other dispensaries in Philly. Also the service is tremendous. I will say Beyond/Hello locations are all great but the service at the Northern Liberties is noticeably better than at the other Philly locations. Finally I am always shazaming songs in the lobby. Great vibes. 12/10
